I chose this place for our company event and honestly it was the best decision! First of all, Taso worked so well to make all the food choices perfect. He gave recommendations on what was most popular. The food was INCREDIBLE! It tasted like we were ordering per dish, not for a big party. Plus, it was a beautiful display! We had charcuterie, lemon caper chicken, eggplant rollatini, stuffed mushrooms, penne a la vodka, and salad.

The hall they have there is SO nice! They can even change the lighting to whichever color you wanted. We got do our company color!

To top everything off, Talia and Kate worked the party and were also incredible. Both of them were SO kind and helpful. Talia made amazing drinks, as well!

Taso has an amazing business going and I can’t wait to be back. Thank you all so so much!!

Had our company party here and I was also the DJ for the night. The food and service was amazing and hope we go back there again next year for our holiday party!
One of the big things I wanted to share is injected accidentally left my brand new DJ headphones there that night. I bought them before the event so they were still in box. I didn't end up needing them so put them on a chair next to me and totally forgot to take them with me. Fast forward a month and I've been looking for them everywhere when I remembered I may have left them there. I called and they still had them, tucked away and waiting. They absolutely could have taken them or tossed them or given them away but they held on to them! This speaks to their honesty and because of that they will always get our business!

Bring your appetite or like leftovers. We parked in the front and was given a window seat. I had the chicken parmesan that was served with bread. Good beer list with a dark beer on tap. There was plenty of leftovers for a full meal the next day for me.

Friends took us here because they said they have never had a bad meal and it's one of there favorites. I became a fan right away, since eaten there 4 times and loving the food every time especially the broccoli rabe and sausage pizza. The head chef takes amazing pride in his work and came out to great us to make sure everything was good. I highly recommend this restaurant and it's food.
Updated 9-14-2023 just can't get enough of this place, another great meal and another 5 stars thanks Tazzo !!

Went here for a planned event with roughly 30 people. Event was 2 hours and had both family style food as well as individual orders. They didn't begin taking orders for food until 1 hour into the event. The food came out haphazardly over the course of the next hour. My wife and I did not receive our food at all. When we asked about it they got defensive and insisted everyone has been served. When we stated we had not been served and did not want the food anymore because people were getting ready to leave, we were told that it had already been made and they wouldn't remove it off the bill. They ultimately did remove it, but not without a fair amount of back and forth. People were nice enough to share some of their food with us. Some of the food was good (penne alla vodka, wings). Some of the food we were able to try was terrible (prosciutto panini was extra tough and thick cut, might as well have been ham). When asked they stated they had 2 cooks working, but they were also balancing take out orders. Which is a terrible excuse for shoddy service in an event that was preplanned and scheduled with them.

The burgers were terrible, at 20.00 we brought them home for the dog. The onion soup was slimy disgusting taste, left it so they knew it wasn't fit for human consumption. The meatballs were edible. Oh the fries were Soggy, so I brought home and air fried them and fed to the dogs.(no salt just plain potato)
Never again going here for such an expensive inedible meal. ((The first 2 times it was good, what happened to the food?))
There reply was useless, of course they will say everything is good. Then you should try your own food! There is no reason for soggy limp tasting uncooked fries from anywhere but this restaurant. If you have money to waste and be served food that is gross then go here.

Went here today for lunch. You got A chicken cutlet grinder- was one of the best I’ve ever had. Bread is made in house same day and was outstanding. Services was also 10/10.

Two stars because the pizza was good.

My wife and I order from here regularly, and while the food is usually great, the consistency lately hasn’t been so great.

Tonight my wife and I ordered the 12 wings and large cheese pizza special as well as an order of garlic knots on slice. We never received the knots, which is an understandable mistake. The driver said she asked about the knots, because she didn’t see them, but was assured they were in the bag. The woman I spoke to on the phone said this never happened.
Then she proceeded to tell me that the instructions were tiny, so she didn’t see that we had ordered the knots so they weren’t included. Does this mean that nobody got knots because of tiny print today?
Whatever.
My wife also requested the pizza be double sliced, as our children are little, and the smaller slices are easier to eat. This wasn’t done either, but I understand that when it gets busy, steps like this get skipped. Not the end of the world.
When we opened the bag, the knots weren’t there. We were told we’d get a credit from slice, so we moved on with our dinner.
Then I opened the wings and could not believe what they were trying to pass off as edible chicken wings.
We received about 20 wings, which showed that they knew it was sub standard product and tried to make up for the lack of quality with quantity. I’ll post pictures so you can judge for yourselves.
I’ve been in food service since 1992, and a food service manager since 1994. My biggest issue here is the lack of accountability for obvious carelessness on the part of employees. When someone calls and has a legitimate complaint, you don’t give excuses.
My wife is allergic to blue cheese, and they’ve repeatedly given it to us anyway when asked not to. One time it covered the entire order and we couldn’t eat it. They blamed this on the driver, but it shouldn’t have been in the order in the first place.
If you know your wings suck, 86 them until you get the right product in.
If you forgot to add the knots, Don’t make it somebody else’s fault (or the fault of ‘tiny print’) if you just didn’t put the order in the bag.
So now I’ve got 20 or so overcooked wings with no meat on them, that I get to eat for dinner because my whole family has covid, and we’re too under the weather to cook. Soup it is!
Plenty of other pizza places in Middletown.
We won’t be back again.
