- A lot of people come in here to buy loaves of bread.
- I wish they had halal menu items offered here.
- The service here was very slow.
- hours of operation are limited (wish it was open later)
- Very limited coffee menu flavors & options. Overall drink menu needs improvement& variety.

The bread here is amazing, the egg and cheese was definitely fresh & cheesy. The everything crossaint was okay. The star of the show was the blueberry Cronut.
The lemonade was quite regular like boxed lemonade. Wouldn’t get twice.

The vibes here are nice, but it is expensive.
The food came out in pretty dishes which was nice for the vibe.

More or less an average chocolate Au pain. $4.55 or something. Bathroom was clean. Cafe is airy and had a decent amount of people seated but not too loud

The coffee is average. Then, at first glance, the place seems like a charming spot to spend a couple of hours working. However, I was surprised by the lack of friendliness from most of the staff. A simple smile or a "you're welcome" in response to a thank you would go a long way. I’ve noticed a similar atmosphere at their other branch (Nine Square) as well. I truly appreciate the hard work of those in the service industry, but a bit more warmth in customer interactions can make a big difference.

I love their bakery products—a variety of sandwiches and foods for lunch—good tea and coffee. Nice atmosphere. Friendly staff.

I also loved their chicken soup, just for $5.

Clean nice place for a break. No comfy chairs, just wood tables and chairs. Clean WC. Short lines. Super expensive coffee, though, 6$ for cappuccino. Served in paper cups. Nice background music. Basic food stuff, croissant, nothing special. Expensive though.

Not a bad place. Just not a great place.

This bakery is beyond overrated, it's subpar at best! The food was expensive, tasteless and cold; my Mother and I went to dine in for Brunch and were immediately disappointed and unamused, the best thing throughout was the prepackaged Welch's Apple Juice go figure!?

We ordered: two breakfast sandwiches consisting of bacon and eggs one scrambled and the other over medium, one with swiss and the other with mozzarella on so-called buttered brioche which in reality was a stale, flavorless bun, the sandwiches were encased in dripping grease and the eggs were poorly cooked and not as requested, had to send sandwiches back and they still weren't as requested and were not good! The napkins that the sandwiches were placed on were also completely covered in grease and disintegrated because of the amount of grease, for dessert we ordered: a regular croissant, pain au chocolat 'chocolate croissant', 2 slices of the most disgusting 'wannabe NY Style' crustless cheesecake I've ever had in my life yuck and as a side my Mother ordered: what was supposed to be chicken noodle soup, the soup was cold, tasted like tap water with a ting of yellow coloring 'NO flavor at ALL', there was barley any chicken and what was provided had no flavor, the vegetables and noodles were non-existent as well - absolutely horrible. No compliments to the short order cook because it's obvious they're not a chef!!

The manager Maddie was completely ignorant, unprofessional, condescending and very rude however, the female cashier and male barista were very polite, helpful and professional. The entire order was $57+ a waste of money, time and energy. Never again! The manager thought she was someone special and had airs about herself, this wannabe uppity place is a total joke and a facade of what they try to imply as upscale, too laughable. I called and asked to speak with the owner and it's been two weeks and still no response. Poor service and unprofessionalism, no wonder management throughout all it's bakeries has been a revolving door?!

Lastly, the manager by the name, Kim in the Branford, CT location is also quite rude and was absolutely of no help and provided opinions that we're not only useless but, meritless as well. She has the audacity to state rudely when I last spoke to her, "Well, I don't know how to assist you!" Added insult to what was already and injury!! SMH May I reiterate NEVER AGAIN!!
