I’ve been coming here everyday for almost 2 years now and the team here at So G in Glastonbury CT never disappoint. They treat everyone like family, they remember your orders, and always greet you with a smile. Their service is great and extremely fast at the same time with care. If for no other reason, So. G Coffee deserves my business for price alone. It's been years since I've seen a double latte at this price.

Broad coffee menu with all the options, iced & hot. Variety of pastries & steel cut oatmeal for noshing, but my tall cinnamon double latte was delivered at perfect drinking temp.

Finally, the staff is friendly, skilled, and expedient. Don't wait, stop in today!

A really nice local coffee shop. Coffee is fresh and tasty (not pourover fancy like I usually like but good enough for this type of place. They had the roaster firing when I was there. Soups were good, pastries were fresh.

Revisiting my hometown. Decided to give this place a go as it hadn't been there during my time of residence in Glastonbury. Great coffee, friendly & helpful staff, great service. Very friendly patrons as well, found myself in a good 5-10 minute convo after purchasing my iced coffee. Highly recommend coffee quality and atmosphere are top notch, very homey feeling.

This is a quaint coffee shop that is not equipped for summer. They have two portable AC units, but they aren't cutting it. There is limited seating outside and only a few chairs under shade, so many people took their orders to go. I feel sorry for the folks who work here because that heat must be unbearable. The wi-fi was too slow to use, and between that and the heat, I couldn't take it anymore. I had to leave.

1 recently discovered this wonderful local coffee shop in Glastonbury, CT and I must say, I'm thoroughly impressed! From the moment I stepped inside, I was greeted with a warm and welcoming atmosphere that made me feel right at home.
The drip coffee here is absolutely fantastic and comes in a wide variety of delicious flavors that are sure to satisfy any palate. I particularly enjoyed the hazelnut and cinnamon flavors - they were so rich and flavorful! And the pastries here are simply divine. From flaky croissants to decadent muffins, there's something for everyone.
But what really sets this coffee shop apart is the exceptional service. The staff is friendly, attentive, and genuinely cares about ensuring that every customer has a great experience.
They go above and beyond to make sure that your order is just right and are always happy to recommend a new flavor or pastry to try.
The shop itself is also quite charming, with cozy seating areas perfect for catching up with friends or getting some work done. And the free wifi is a nice touch, too!

Our absolute favorite coffee shop in CT! The coffee is amazing, never burnt or too sour. My family in California loves their coffee so much I'm frequently shipping it to the west coast, so they can get their SoG fix. The staff is always warm and helpful and the atmosphere is cozy and welcoming- not to mention they are often roasting coffee and it smells like heaven inside. Thank you So G for the delicious coffee and all you do for the town!
