Its a pretty chill place to be in, the staff were super kind as I entered during the first minutes of opening and made sure I was noticed when waiting in line. I'm only giving the food a 3 for now as it did taste slightly bland but that's my personal opinion and ketchup made it wayyy more better, which they provide near the doorway and I'm super thankful for it! Definitely going to come back here again and try some more if I somehow end up downtown before the sun rises haha.

Do note the prices on the foldable menu are different from the prices on the board in the actual restaurant!

Had a break in my day, so I decided to check out the lunch special at Brew Bakers.

Grabbed my wife and headed down to Main Street in Middletown, which was hustling and bustling with people. It was great to see so much energy and support for the local businesses that line the street. I love the vibe—the eclectic feel—a true melting pot of cultures.

Brew Bakers has been a staple in this community for years. One look around, and you’ll spot regulars sipping coffee, enjoying lunch, and engaging in stimulating conversation—a clear sign of a great restaurant.

I had been craving a great Cubano, and this one did not disappoint. This was a masterclass in “less is more.” It wasn’t one of those six-inch-tall sandwiches stacked so high with meat that you need to unhinge your jaw like a python. No, this was a carefully crafted sandwich where every element worked in harmony—house-made roast pork, ham, Swiss, Dijon mayo, and pickles, pressed to perfection. The bread had just the right amount of crunch, and the inside was warm, melty, and perfectly balanced.

This wasn’t just a sandwich—it was a culinary masterpiece. And the fact that it was just a special? Well, that’s a crime against good taste because it deserves a permanent spot on the menu.

To finish things off, we had some incredible, warm biscotti—the kind that makes you rethink every dry, brick-like biscotti you’ve ever suffered through. A perfect ending to a perfect meal.

Great food. Great restaurant. Wonderful staff. And the luxury of enjoying it all with my wife. What more could you ask for?

The atmosphere is really relaxed and upbeat, which is really nice. The staff is kind and helpful in getting your order. They have a little lounge area with art and available seating which is an additional perk. Outside seating is available as well. Inside they have certain things available to buy in a lil cabinet. Very nice, clean, welcoming place.

Food-wise, the hash brown is really good and has great flavor. The Western omelette sandwich was great and the caramelized onions added an extra dose of flavor. I would definitely come back to try more food offerings and enjoy the atmosphere

I went for breakfast with a buddy the woman who took my order was very pleasant when I got my food I had ordered over easy eggs, simple enough yolks were seared brown edges were brown and even the whites Brown. Then I had to check twice on my home fries which I found out the order never made it to the kitchen @$16 +$5 tip. (Pay before is required then they bring you the “food”.
Later on in the day, still hungry, I tried to give the place another shot so I went there and tried the soup and salad combo chicken chowder was my choice for soup, which to my best guess was chicken stock A heap of quartered new potatoes skin on and about five flakes of chicken with no vegetables no herbs no cream and no flavor. I moved onto my salad. Caesar was my choice after eating about half of it. I thought I broke my tooth and was chewing on it so I had to spit that out about two bites later, the same thing happened, but this time the rock like substance about the size of a small pebble was lodged in one of my back molars so I proceeded to stick my hand in my mouth to dislodge it I feel sorry for the poor woman who took my order, probably a student from a nearby college just trying to make ends meet perhaps, It was not her fault, but needless to say I will not be going back ever again
Friendliness five stars though 🙂

Really enjoyed this place. Their breakfast has a certain spice flare (kind of a Spanish kick) to it that separates it from traditional breakfast spots. The eggs are seasoned, the sausage has a spice to it. I like it but may not be everyone’s choice. I do prefer my eggs more plain with simple salt pepper, but this is a good place if you want a breakfast with just a little flavor twist to it! Good pastry too!

It’s a great place for lunch with family or friends. The decor is colorful with South American infusion. The food is delicious with lots of selections. Especially I like their daily specials that are hand written on the board, which shows their creativity and craftsmanship. The staffs are friendly. They take the safety measures seriously. I feel safe eating here.

Hands down this has to be my go to breakfast place. The atmosphere, customer service, and the delicious home made tasting food. My favorite thing that always has me coming back are their fruit smoothies especially since Brew Bakers offers different milk (friendly for those with dairy sensitivity) 10/10 recommended.

I've been a Brew Bakers customer since the first day they opened, and I still come back for the fresh baked bagels, and craveable breakfast sandwiches. Try the Brew Boilermaker if you want a truly unique breakfast wrap. Also incredible salads and the scratch soup offerings are constantly rotating. Or just grap a cup of coffee and a fresh Everything bagel with your choice of three fresh-made-in-house cream cheese spreads. With weekly specials and equally delicious lunch items this place has and will be a staple for breakfast and lunch in Middletown.
