Update: while my friends and I had a good girls weekend on off season, I attempted to book the establishment several months in advance to host my Husband’s 40th birthday party. The coordinator confirmed the date was open and I agreed to provide whatever deposit was necessary to reserve the date. For multiple months I was reaching out repeatedly for the contract so I could reserve the date only to then be told the hold up was that the owner of the estate MIGHT want to use it that same weekend so they kept pulling my reservation off the calendar. Another month went by after me repeatedly reaching out to then be told I could no longer reserve the space because he decided that was the weekend he would come to town with his family. The whole exchange was completely unprofessional and left me in a very tight time window to reserve a different venue during peak wedding season. I would no longer recommend this venue to anyone because of this tedious and unprofessional experience. It was very upsetting because I had recommended this place to many people for various events from family reunions to weddings only to turn back around to tell them I would not trust booking anything there after the flippancy of the property owner.

Spent a girls night there in January. It was a perfect place for our crew and spacious for all of us to have our own beds and plenty of bathrooms. We all brought food and enjoyed all the amenities, especially the Movie room to watch a football game and the game rooms afterwards.

Gorgeous house with plenty of space and well kept. Had a wonderful weekend there with family and friends. Pool and Hot Tub were cherries on top.

This place is awesome! Tons of space and accommodations. We stayed to visit family in the area and our kids had a blast in the basement game and entertainment rooms! The owner and caretakers are super friendly and accommodating. The bathrooms are really awesome in the rooms and the beds are definitely comfortable - we slept well. We would love to stay again in the future.

We just had our wedding at Meadowbrook. It was an epic weekend. My friends and family raved about how much fun they had. We did not just have a wedding but created amazing memories. Kia was phenomenal in coordinating the event as if she were part of the family. Her son, Kelker, assisted in all our requests. Only necessity is more trash cans in each room but beautiful facilities and great game room! Stress free, worry free and highly recommend!!

We had such an awesome weekend at this house.
Nothing was missing! The game room had activities for kids of all ages. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to feed our large group.
The rooms were spacious with comfortable, beds and high end showers.
The grounds were impeccable.
We enjoyed the comfortable outdoor furniture during the day and sat by the fire pit at night.
We highly recommend this house!

Stayed here for a Wedding. The house was amazing. The staff was super friendly. Amazing price, and they made sure we had everything we needed and more. If you get the time to book this place before the winter you need to check out that pool as well, clean refreshing and private. 10/10 will recommend.

We recently spent the holiday weekend with our family (11 guests from 5 to 85 years old) and the property was terrific! In great condition, clean, updated, fantastic kitchen, spacious bedrooms, comfortable beds and beautiful grounds. Kelker was there during our stay to answer any questions, assist in any needs, lit our bonfire for us, helped with our bags and groceries and was very polite and helpful. The owner and Kia were very responsive and very professional. We would highly recommend this property to anyone thinking of an event or a family reunion or just to be in a lovely setting with so many amenities.

My group and I had a fabulous stay at the Meadowbrook Estate. We were a group of 21 and had PLENTY of space (both in terms of rooms and common areas) and the grounds are beautiful and well maintained. The pool and fire pits were a huge plus. Kelker was a very helpful resource during our stay and Kia was great in the planning process. We definitely plan to come back soon!
