A.MAZ.ING food! These grits are so unique! Fluffy and yummy! EVERYTHING was delicious! Ken was also amazing! HIGHLY recommend! We will be back to try lunch and dinner too!

Visited Foley today for some other errands, and decided to go somewhere local rather than a chain for lunch. And that’s how mom and I found The Gathering Place. We were greeted with smiles when walking in. I ordered the fish po-boy and mom ordered the turkey club. The club was really good; she ate half by the time I took a pic. Haha 🙂 Turkey club sandwich definitely is a recommendation. My fish po-boy was really good too; tartar sauce and ketchup levels it up even more. Fries and onion rings were a tad bit short on seasonings but still tasty. Lena was our waitress; she was very attentive and kind. Overall atmosphere was cozy and friendly. Excellent service too. Will definitely return.

The fried pork chop was great! I would highly suggest the broccoli casserole as a side. The turkey club was also delicious. All of the servers were very polite and friendly. Will definitely be eating here again.

I found this little spot while visiting from Georgia. And we take pride in southern cooking. This spot is definitely a good representation of good southern cooking. Try the grits...you won't be disappointed.

The Gathering Place is an absolute gem! From the moment we walked in, we felt right at home. The cozy atmosphere instantly puts you at ease, making it the perfect spot to relax and enjoy a meal. Our waitress, Lena, was incredible. She went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed, even as the restaurant filled up and got busy. Lena’s warm, attentive service made our experience truly special.

LOVE! The Gathering Place knocked it out of the park. Eggs ? perfectly cooked-hot and NOT greasy (thank you!), bacon ? also perfect, real half & half for coffee and hot syrup for a fat waffle ?. Service was excellent, friendly and made me feel welcome (muy agradable). Don’t miss this little spot. Really!

Had such a great overall experience here. The staff was incredibly kind & attentive & the food was delicious! We especially enjoyed the chicken fried steak (which was SO tender, no knife needed) & the broccoli casserole. The best part is that it's very reasonably priced for the quality of the food. We will definitely be back!
