Do not stay here! You will hear noise from literally everywhere, including people having sex very loudly. I don’t know what was going on at this place as there were the same men seemingly bringing up different people every single night here to have sex. This hotel is in a primarily residential area and was the only hotel near where my family was so I was stuck staying here. The only thing that was offered to me at the hotel was 5000 points upon my complaint of all of the noise. I was told I would have to speak to corporate to get any further compensation. One out of the two elevators were operating however, the one that was operating kept getting stuck and making a loud buzzing noise as if that one was on the verge of breaking also. During my five nights stay at this disaster of a hotel, no one came to fix this elevator or look at it from what I know. The hotel says there is fresh coffee every day and every time we went to grab coffee it was cold and I had to ask someone to remake it, which they were seemingly put off by because I kept getting dirty looks from them afterwards. One of the colored employees showed up to work one night in a hoodie and beanie looking extremely unprofessional and he refused to make fresh coffee even though that is what is stated on the website. I have called and left a voicemail for the general manager and still have not received a response. I am going to do everything to let it be known, including take to my social media and millions of followers about this experience so no one else has to deal with the Waterberry Hampton Inn. Awful place would never stay here again.

This hotel was so nice and a quiet place to stay. The front desk was great. Gabriel was amazing. Had a minor issue that the hotel went above and beyond to make right. Will definitely stay here again when I am back in the area and recommend this hotel for others in the area

We just had an awesome experience at this Hampton Inn. The beds were incredibly comfortable, so much so, that it was hard to get up the next morning. We were part of a group and my husband organized it. He interacted with "Co-co" who was extremely helpful and really knew her stuff. We enjoyed the breakfast (can't beat those waffles!) and found it very satisfying. There was ample parking and it was very easy to find. The location was close to our event site, which was another plus. We would definitely stay here again if the opportunity arose.

I always stay at the Hampton Inns and have stayed at this location multiple times. I was so disappointed with this recent visit. Checking in via the App was easy. I stopped by the front desk and requested my room be cleaned. My room number was taken so I assumed I was on the list. In the morning I wanted to double check to make sure my room was on the list and the front desk said it was not and said they will write me in which I saw them do. When I got back from a long day, the room had not been cleaned. There were three of us and only two towels. Went to the front desk to request more towels and they only had pool towels which are half the size of a regular towel. Then I went to use the spare blanket in the closet and behind the blanket I found garbage with food in it from a previous guest. Tells me they do not do a thorough job of cleaning the rooms. It appears the front desk doesn’t communicate with the cleaning staff because I requested a late checkout and the cleaning staff knocked on my door to ask why we were still there. This hotel needs updating. Unfortunately I will think twice before staying here again. And no iron which I had to request.

There’s only one luggage cart which is crazy. The pool is actually warm which was great. Breakfast & coffee was pretty good. Beds aren’t amazing, it actually tipped over when my husband sat on the one side. The big jet tub was nice and the tv was actually bigger than it said it was online.

Had to cancel due to illness , the day before travel , refused to accommodate. Cancelled Two rooms for two nights and they charged first night on both rooms. I will be cutting up my Hilton honors membership and this property will never receive a dollar from anyone in my company.

Very disappointed with this hotel. Upon check in only 1 elevator worked and for days no one had it serviced, the 2nd elevator kept making so much noise and it would start to take off before door would close. The room was clean but everything was old and in need of repairs, furniture was broken, curtains were hanging off the track, there was a hole in the closet, faucet was loose. The hotel is not insulated well at all and you can hear people in their rooms very loud. Coffee was never fresh it was made at breakfast time and never made in the afternoon when I asked the guy at the desk he said there are certain times they make it well I don't know what those certain times are but it was never made again from breakfast time. There was one worker there who would come to work dressed in a sweatshirt and hat all the time I stayed there very unprofessional! Overall not a great experience and would never stay there again!

Check-in was easy. The front desk staff were courteous and helpful. My room was clean. Well the waffle maker wasn’t working. Breakfast was good.
