Order ahead! We had a little wait but go quite lucky the wait was under an hour. We didn't say many people walking out with less than 2 pizzas and we understood why. The pizza is amazing! So crispy and perfect. We chatted with the staff for a little bit and they were great guys. We will definitely be back to try more.

So happy I finally got to try this pizza place! We ordered a large pepperoni pizza on Saturday night. The wait was about one hour but the pizza was well worth it. Definitely some of the best pizza I have had in a while. Crust is thin and crunchy. This Restaurant is cash only and only sells pizza but They don't sell slices! Can't forgot the mention that they have a 130 year old coal fired brick oven! This place is a hidden gem !

Its always great when ur driving theough a depressed little town and stumble across something good. Bar pie!! Pretty solid pizza again in conneticut. Opted for a og regular cheese pie and it definitely didn’t disappoint. Well done, crispy, and delicious. These guys definitely know what there doing and I would say its worth a trip out of ur way to give it a try!! Call ahead 1 hour wait with no one inside (its super popular)

A great old school pizza parlor. Nothing fancy , just great pizza. Staff very friendly, the pie we had House special , peppers, sausage and mushrooms. Great pizza!!!! Everything about this small pizza joint is a reminder of how simple things are so rewarding. Certainly a must for those who treasure great pizza.It doesn't get much better than this, simple, small, friendly with a great 1960's-70's vibe

Daughter and I went yesterday on the way back to Boston but we timed it poorly so the pie was like warm. Totally our fault. It was so good I had to go back on the way home to PA today. Got it right out of the oven. Owner was so great! Wish him the very best with his upcoming surgery. Can’t wait to come back next time on the way to and from Boston. Probably the best pie I have ever had.

I have been in Connecticut for over 25 years, my wife was born and raised here, and neither of us had ever tried Little Rendezvous before tonight. The biggest question is,"Why?" In short, we have no idea, but we're sure glad we finally did. This is by far some of the best pizza we've ever had. We had The House Special. The sauce is good, toppings fresh, and the crust, while thinner than many places, was not burned, crispy or otherwise anything but fabulous. Definitely will be a repeat customer because of such great quality. If you've not been to Little Rendezvous before, don't wait any longer. Grab some and bring it home ASAP.

BE WARNED: This place is super popular and you may have to wait 2-3+ hours before your order is ready if you’re ordering on the weekend. We ordered before 5pm and were able to pick the pizzas up at around 730pm. A large cheese was $20, a 1 topping small was $15. The total was just about $40 with a tip so pretty much standard fare for a pizza place of this recognition. I think I messed up by ordering my pizzas well done. I’m so used to ordering that way cause so many places undercook their pizza that I just do it out of habit. That being said, this is a little hole in the wall place, that’s less than a mile from a buddy of mine’s house. The pizza is really crispy, the guys that work there are super nice and they have an incredible sauce, which is what I tasted the most. Definitely gotta go back to adjust my score, not going to order it well done and I’m going to get extra cheese next time. It’s definitely the best pizza I’ve had in the Meriden area, that’s for sure.

Decided to give another chance, and it was a stark difference from our first visit (first time we didnt even get a chance to try it as there was a two hour wait for one pizza)so taking in the lessons we learned last time, we called before we even decided to leave our house, and the pizza was ready when we arrived. We get there, get our large pizza (only 21.00), sit down, and have a taste. We were very happy with the pizza. The crust was chewy and crunchy, and it was quite tasty. The sauce seemed a bit on the sweet side which surprises me as i seen a number of reviews talking about it being quite different, but overall it was nice. The pepperoni complimented the cheese and sauce well, however I felt the cheese alone was missing something (still a good all around cheese) (I think we may have had just straight mozzarella, so possibly the peppery-ness from the parm).

So, in short, if it is your first time visiting, call ahead and check the wait time on the pizza, and then just order accordingly!
