Authentic Hawaiian menu prepared by the most wonderful family members from the Islands. The menu has a nice selection of foods to choose from. All are very tasty with abundant servings at a reasonable price. You'll be wondering what took you so long. The entry is located on the side of the VFW building, towards the back.

We've been hearing such good things about this place, so we decided to try it out for ourselves! It did not disappoint! It tastes just like back home! Unko Niu (the owner) is so welcoming & sat with us to talk stories about the islands. It's an outside food truck, but they have indoor seating. Ask about the crab poke'! So ono! If you haven't tried them yet...GO!!!

Hubby and I went to Aloha Made BBQ for the first time last week. We shared the Aloha Mix plate (Chicken/Beef) with steamed rice and mac salad. It was delicious. The chicken was perfectly cooked, tender and flavorful. The sauce on the beef was very ginger-y and will be a future craving. The owner is so friendly and obviously loves what he does. Highly recommend and we will be going back for sure.

Best food truck I have been to anywhere in Baldwin county. I had the pork, beef and chicken combo with fried rice and each item was better than the last. The owner was a very upbeat and personable guy. Do yourself a favor and try it out.

I have heard about this place the last 3 weeks or so and I finally tried! It was worth every penny! We got beef and Chicken and both were excellent. We ate there but we came home with it with left overs and kids are eating them again and asking me when they can go again. We are all Asian and love Hawaiian food ? We give two thumbs up!!!

My wife and i had a family-only wedding reception and we asked niu and his family to cater food for us. That was without a doubt the highlight of our entire reception. To this day guest would still ask where we got the food from (we had absolutely no left over). Highly recommend for large parties (catering). Friendly local family business.

Very good Hawaiian bbq. Best protein was the pork- moist, flavorful, reminded me of childhood neighborhood pig roast. The beef was second best, very good sauce, delicious flavor. The chicken was good- juicy and tender, but could be helped by continuous or more frequent basting with the sauce during the cooking process. Could’ve used a more developed flavor. Also maybe go a touch higher on the heat to achieve more of a sear. Fried rice and Mac salad were both solid, I wouldn’t change a thing. Overall very good. I prefer traditional southern BBQ over this but it’s nice to mix it up from time to time.
