Very quiet hotel. Spacious, well appointed and clean rooms. Breakfast area was large and comfortable with a good selection of items. Plenty of easy parking. Conveniently located right off the highway. Perfect for quick overnight stay. Would definitely come again.

Very nice staff. Breakfasts were included & very good, with a variety of cold and hot foods (different hot foods every day).
Our suite was clean & very nice, except for the sad excuse for a couch which looked liked it should be taken to the local dump to be put out of it's misery. Ample closet space, kitchen was fine and well stocked. Bathrooms were also fine, but commode was kind of low for my older knees. I was glad to have a hand bar in the tub. Beds were comfortable. Housekeeping cleaned thoroughly every other day.
I would stay there again.

We stayed here just for one night while traveling through the area. We arrived pretty late and did not stay past check out so we had minimal time in the hotel. The front desk staff were all friendly and polite. The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The hotel looked pretty modern from what we saw. There were a lot of breakfast items including build your own breakfast taco or bowl.

As a professional housekeeper, I have high standards for cleanliness and comfort when staying at a hotel, and unfortunately, Homewood Suites by Hilton fell short in several critical areas during my recent one-night stay.
The condition of the room raised serious concerns about housekeeping standards. The shower showed visible signs of neglect and was in need of a deep cleaning. The bedding was particularly troubling—there were foreign hairs on the pillowcases and inside the sheets, calling into question whether they had been properly changed. Additionally, the carpeting was not vacuumed thoroughly, leaving an overall impression of poor attention to detail.
Noise insulation was another significant issue. I was woken at 1 a.m. by a conversation in the adjacent room—not shouting, simply normal conversation, yet it was clear and disruptive through the walls. This level of soundproofing is inadequate for a restful stay. Furthermore, the room above mine had what sounded like either children or a heavy-footed guest, causing constant pounding and additional disturbance throughout the night.
There were a few positives. The kitchenette was well-equipped with a full-sized refrigerator and stove, which could be useful for guests on extended stays. The front desk staff was friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast offering was satisfactory.
However, these positives do not outweigh the fundamental issues with cleanliness and comfort. While I understand this brand caters to extended stays, the quality and upkeep I experienced would make it difficult to recommend for even a single night.
Overall, my stay was disappointing, and I would not return. Two stars.

Rooms were clean, nicely appointed and big.
Breakfast was awesome, breakfast tacos with a variety of items to add to them. There were also healthier items and things you could grab on the go.
I didn't interact with to many staff but all of them seemed friendly.
The hotel is conveniently located of the expressway but sorry if in the middle of nowhere. I flew in to Hartford and had work down in New Haven. It was about halfway.

I was there from September 14 to November 8th. The entire staff was awesome even without a General Manager. I don’t have too many names but any staff member from the front desk to the kitchen staff, and all around there merit positive recognition.
Marybeth helped set up my reservation and she was able to accommodate my needs. We had a small group for work and she helped all them as well. She was always friendly to all the guests and her staff respect her. They all spoke kindly about her. I hope her efforts do not go unnoticed.
I do know Samantha and Joe were working most of the nights and they’re perfect for the front desk. I walked in tired after a long flight and both of them greeted me and made me feel welcomed. On most nights you can find them handing out snacks during the evening. On Wednesday they are part of a social.
The social is a soup and salad bar, with either cookies or brownies.
The pool is well taken care of. I swam every night. It’s usual empty. The first aid kit is full and it is well stocked with all emergency needs including for diabetics.
The breakfast buffet has a large variety of food. The menu changes daily and they have something for all. If healthy is your thing then you’ll find it.
The most important thing about this hotel is that it is close to the freeway and down the road you’ll end up at a Walmart, and a large shopping center with all your needs.

I'm visiting for business. The staff and room are all good.
However, Hilton has some issues with supplying hot water to the shower, in the morning. The last 3 have been cool showers!

My family’s stay was not as expected. The room was not properly cleaned: the light switches were filthy, the kitchen area had crumbs on the seats and food splatter on the wall, one of the towels in the bathroom was clearly dirty even though it was still hung up to use and there were different strands of hair throughout the suite. Not to mention a receipt and a Breeze Airways pin that were on the floor, which I assumed was left by the previous guest. We were moved to another room upon request and was ensured that it would be cleaned by the front desk staff Jose, but it was worse than the first one and smelled of cigarettes, so we backtracked and made the first suite work after cleaning it ourselves. The continental breakfast looked horrible- we didn’t even bother eating any besides an orange. The manager Richard seemed like he was interested when I addressed my concerns and assured that he would speak to housekeeping, then follow up with me after suggesting an accommodation, but all we received was a GrubHub coupon for $10 off slid under our door before we checked out. The only acceptable thing about this place is the location and size of the suite. I definitely wouldn’t stay here again.
