This is my 8th stay here and this place is amazing especially the front desk Amanda and Raniah has been nothing but wonderful from the time walked though the door both greeted me with a bubbly smiling manor. They made sure I was accommodated and also signed me up to be a rewards member and filled me with the knowledge of what being a member entails. Honestly his woman deserves a raise for what she brings to this company. The beds are also wonderful I love this new rooms. I have a great nights sleep

I will give this a 10/10 the customer service there is impeccable. I have not seen service like this in a very long time. My family and I were going through a hard time or our home caught on fire and had to find somewhere to stay until it was resolved. The service that Amanda gave will forever be appreciated. She went above and beyond for my family from accommodating us to her calm, nice demeanor. She didn’t treat us as customers, but as family we didn’t feel uncomfortable. She was very friendly, warm, welcoming and comforting during this devastating time we were greeted with beverages and candy as an appreciation for booking with them to warm blankets and towels when needed. She also assisted with giving us recommendations for food by nearby restaurants, this woman is truly a blessing in disguise and Holiday Inn express is highly recommended ever behind a customer with me. The rooms were clean, beautiful well maintained. Amanda, also throughout the night walk the hallways of our floor to make sure we were safe, which was very comforting after the devastating ordeal again I feel very welcomed and forever will be a customer at Holiday Inn express in Meriden felt like I was at a four season hotel with my private concierge Amanda thank you for all that you have done. You are truly a blessing in disguise holiday and express in Mariden did not fail when they hired you!!!!

My family and I have been driving for 26 hours straight. We could not find anything available with in our criteria and budget God must have been pointing us in the right direction because we ended up in the Holiday Inn express in Meriden , Connecticut the young ladies at the desk I believe their name’s were Raniah and Amanda they were so welcoming I can’t for get to name the gentleman who also assisted us with our stay Carl … This trio was very responsive I will give 10 out of 10 stars to the receptionist trio who greeted us at midnight for check-in they attended to our needs efficiently. The trio was awesome from giving us all the good spots to eat and drink and to enjoy ourselves. I would return here first before I go anywhere else for sure. The hotels in the great area the rooms were clean. I most definitely would recommend this to anyone and everyone I would definitely come back. The water and chocolates are also a plus THANK YOU!!!! Raniah,Amanda and Carl!!!!! See you soon.

Raniah that works at the front desk went OUT OF HER way to accommodate me with everything I asked. She was able check in my two relatives in a room across the hall when she didn't have to. It was spacious enough to have my cousin stay the night. The pool felt good. The breakfast was delicious. It was Convenient for us to find and the location was great because we were in between New Haven and New Britain which were both 15 minute drive away.

Room was great and newly renovated. Complimentary breakfast was exactly what I was looking for. Shower worked and had plenty of hot water. Bed was super comfy and very spacious for one person, though easily could’ve accommodated more. Rainah gave great customer service!

This was a good location for our visit to Meriden. It is quiet and safe. Parking is convenient and well lit. The room was clean and in pretty good condition. The room was quiet. The bed was a bit firm for my taste but the mattress seemed fairly new. The bathroom had a few maintenance issues that needed attention (toilet did not flush well and some wall damage near the shower.). The television had a poor picture. These items were reported to the staff but nothing was done during our 5 day stay. The room was cleaned daily and new towels provided.

I have upgraded my rating on this hotel. We had a wonderful stay our first time here. We also plan on using this hotel again on our journeys in the near future. Having seen a recent ridiculous review bashing this hotel I felt the need to help bring its rating back up. Being a parent of a team sports member I understand how excited children can be. The onus should be on the parents to discipline their children and themselves not management, Having been on the other side of the coin I would expect a good nights sleep. With respect for the quiet hour rules. Management went above and beyond in handling this situation with admirable restraint. This shows a true respect for their guests.
