Very nice hotel, easy to find, and a stone’s throw from Bousquet ski hill. The Asian restaurant off the lobby seems to be popular with locals. Lots of other restaurants in area including a not very good Papa John’s. Staff was pleasant. Hotel is clean and attractive. Good parking. Not a lot on TV (Spectrum?) and we had a bit of trouble getting remote to work. Heat worked well. Beds were very comfortable.

There was minor damage to the room we got, the King size One Bedroom Suite, such as to the bathroom door and unknown substance stuck to the carpet. The room could have been cleaned better, there was a contact lens underneath the sink, and odd spots on the floor behind the bathroom door. However, the room was nice, large, and had a large counter with a sink at the entrance, which was nice.

My biggest complaint was the shower pressure. Not even in the military have I experienced such low pressure while taking a shower. I had assumed that the suite would have a large bathroom with a powerful showerhead, but instead it was a marginally cleaned shower that took 20 minutes for me to get my hair completely wet.

Also, Jae's Garden was okay, I ordered the Vietnamese Spring rolls, and it was like they scooped them out of the deep fryer with the to-go box, they were incredibly greasy. Also, there was something black floating in my to-go margarita. The items were quite expensive.

However, again, staff was friendly and the room, albeit damaged and could use a better cleaning, was nice and spacious.

my wife and I stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn October 22nd and 23rd. We usually stay at Hampton Inns when we travel. The garden inn was very nice. The only disappointment is that there isn't breakfast served in the morning and no coffee available when you check in. The restaurant, Jae's, was very good especially he chicken noodle soup; a bit pricey but there was some discount since we stayed at the hotel.

The Hilton Garden Inn is located in a very scenic area near Stockbridge. We went up here to see the fa;; foliage and we weren't disappointed. It is a beautiful area!

We booked at the last minute having decided to stay another night in the area. The receptionist was unsmiling and unwelcoming. Not a good start in any circumstance. The room was ok but terrible lighting. The bedroom and en suite need updating. I asked for a couple of glasses and was told that there weren’t any! We had 2 very flimsy plastic mugs in our room! Breakfast at Jae’s is ridiculously expensive and not particularly good. Unimpressive the whole experience!

No hot water cor three days cant shower on my vacation.
They booked two people in our room so I was in my room when someone else unlocked the door and walked in. Plus cold showers like cold.

The hotel is very clean and our room was perfect. Absolutely quiet which was a surprise given the proximity to a busy road. Air conditioning worked beautifully and the bed was very comfortable. The only imperfection was a lack of continuous hot water. Would definitely recommend and will visit again.

I’ve stayed here many times. The location is great, but this visit I realized how dated the rooms are and really in need of updating. And do not get breakfast at Jae’s in the lobby. The hotel provides free coffee. They charge you over $5 for a cup of the same coffee.

I'm writing this review to express my sincere appreciation to Nicky. A model employee, with uncompromising professionalism. We arrived after a difficult ride. Upon arrival my sister was ill. We had trouble with our remote and Nicky handled our problem with a kindness. She's exemplary! I was tired and had no patience but she was there to help. We learned we had to be within a few feet of the TV. I can't thank you enough for your help there. I plan on following up with her manager, in the coming days but wanted to express sincere appreciation for all that she did. We were not able to stay due to a sick family member but you Nicky, earned a customer for life. We will be back because of you. There was another girl working the desk when we arrived, I didn't get her name but the professionalism at this Hilton is a cut above the rest. Nicky, thank you for assisting me with my coffee issue!! I made a huge mess and wanted to clean it up, but you wouldnt let me, you did everything! Quite frankly, you're amazing. With sincere appreciation, thank you!
