Great Stay at Best Western Manchester – Perfect Location and Wonderful Service!

I recently stayed at Best Western Manchester and was thoroughly impressed with my experience. The location is absolutely fantastic – situated in a central area, it's perfect for both business and leisure.

The service was exceptional. From the moment I checked in, the staff were warm, professional, and very helpful. They made sure I had everything I needed, from offering great restaurant recommendations to making my check-in and check-out process smooth and hassle-free. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, and the hotel facilities were top-notch.

I stay here quite frequently, it’s a great quiet place to stay. The staff is wonderful especially Dion, she goes above and beyond. Angel is terrific, very personable. Raja is delightful. Breakfast is surprisingly good. The rooms are clean and neat. The hotel in itself after the major renovations is immaculate and modern.

Nicer hotel and breakfast options than expected. Comfortable, clean, modern, helpful and kind staff. I couldn’t give 5 stars though because if you’re given a room that has a connecting door to another room, you will hear everyone/everything in that other room.

The staff was friendly, helpful, and courteous. The rooms are clean and the gym was exactly what I was hoping for. Dionne was amazing and so helpful. She definitely made the stay more delightful

Amazing new amenities and newly renovated, breakfast is surprisingly above standard with other hotels. However the highlight of Manchester best western is the service Angel and Dionne Provide!
