Between Rounds makes a damn good everything bagel, especially if you like them kind of salty. I’m really writing this review though because of one employee here, not sure her name but she has a bit of an accent and is usually wearing a beret or scarf on her head. Not only is she friendly, she also asks the customer questions while she’s preparing their food, like if the bagels are toasted to their satisfaction, or double checking to make sure she has the right cheese choice, etc. All of the employees that I’ve interacted with here are so nice and clearly care about doing their job well, but I just wanted to shout out this lady in particular.

Some of the other reviews mention long wait times. I usually come during off-peak hours (am not a morning person) so I can’t really attest to that, though when it is really busy and I’m there, I don’t think it’s a crazy amount of time for the food to come out. Maybe I have more patience than someone in a rush for work. The price is fine, maybe a little much, but I enjoy supporting a small business, and am always happy with my food. They do have a great rewards program if you like to buy bagels by the dozen.

I’m moving to a bigger city soon, and will have more, and honestly probably better, bagel options in my life. But Between Rounds will always hold a place in my heart, and I’m happy to have been a regular for the past couple of years!

I recently visited this bagel place, and I must say, my experience was quite disappointing. The service was incredibly slow, even though there were only three customers in the place. The staff didn't exude eagerness to serve.

I ordered a latte, and the ordeal continued. They initially forgot my order, and I had to ask again, which meant waiting even longer. When the latte finally arrived, it was far from what I expected. It tasted more like a mix of milk and water than a proper latte.

Overall, my visit to this bagel place left me with a sour taste in my mouth, both figuratively and literally. I hope they can improve their service and beverage quality in the future.

This was our first time here. We brought our 3 young kids. We absolutely loved the breakfast sandwiches. My husband actually wanted to go back for a second. Our children ate everything with happy smilies. We cannot wait to come back - the bagels are delicious. Thank you!

They don't know how to use vanilla gift visa cards.. poor customer service..
Long line and guy at the register just walks away and doesn't say anything.
In all the confusion I forgot to tell them I get 10 % off.. guy says get you next time.. on a $19.80 order. There will not be a next time

I don’t review too much myself, but I must say that this breakfast place was by far one of the best experiences I’ve had in a while…

10/10 would recommend.

I really recommend the bagel chips! It’s light delicious! Great healthy snack.

I stopped by Saturday to get some danishes . And they were stale. Very disappointing. I have zero desire to return to this location. If you want fresh danishes go to the South Windsor location on route 5. Not this one.

I ordered online from the Manchester, CT location. I watched several people who ordered at the counter while I was waiting, get their orders before me. Yes, I checked in. Then, they didn't have egg whites like I ordered. So by the time my order was done, I had to decline one of my orders for delivery on Doordash. Also, I was over charged for my breakfast sandwich because they didn't refund the extra charge for egg whites.
