I recently hosted a birthday dinner at The Hollow at Manchester Country Club for 24 friends, and I couldn't be more thrilled with the experience! From start to finish, everything exceeded expectations.
The food was absolutely fantastic—each dish was beautifully prepared and delicious. The menu offered a great variety, and every guest was more than satisfied with their choices. The drinks were equally impressive, with a well-curated selection of cocktails and wines that perfectly complemented the meal.
What really set this venue apart, though, was the service. The staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive throughout the evening. They made sure everything ran smoothly and ensured that our group had everything we needed without missing a beat. It truly felt like a special, well-organized event, and the staff's attention to detail made all the difference.
The atmosphere at The Hollow is welcoming, and the setting was perfect for our celebration. We couldn’t have asked for a better night—everything from the food to the service was top-notch. Highly recommend this venue for any special occasion, and I’ll definitely be coming back! Thank you to the entire team for making the birthday dinner unforgettable!

I had such a wonderful time dining at the Hollow - Manchester Country Club recently! The food was absolutely delicious—everything was prepared perfectly and tasted amazing. What really stood out, though, was the incredible service. The staff were so friendly, attentive, and easy to deal with, which made the whole experience even better.

And the view? Just stunning! It added such a relaxing vibe to the evening. With such great food, amazing people, and affordable prices, I can’t recommend Manchester Country Club enough. I’ll definitely be back soon!

We love to dine outside by the lake in the summer. Amazing view! Winter dining inside tends to be loud on the weekends, especially Friday and Saturday evenings. The food is good but I wish they had a more varied menu. Regardless...one of our favorite places for dinner. Try the chicken jor dan ! Excellent. Great Caesar salads too!

I came here on a Tuesday afternoon to meet a friend for happy hour. I didn't realize that the country club at this gold course offered a happy hour and was excited to try it out! It seems they are doing a lot of construction and upgrading of a lot of buildings so it was very pretty looking. The outside patio near the water was especially nice.
We were seated right away and you could have happy hour from any table, not just the bar, which was great. The happy hour menu was also pretty large with a lot of options. The buffalo chicken dip was especially good and a great deal for the cost. Some things like the tacos were a bit small for the price, but overall still good food.
I'd recommend a stop in!

First time here but definitely will not be the last. Food was great (had amazing buffalo tenders) and the staff was super friendly! I'm not a golfer but will tell my golfing friends about this place.

After months of searching, we decided to choose Kim Donohoe and her team at Manchester Country Club to host us and our guest for a baby shower on 06/03/2023. This event was very special to us as this was our first child. We had family coming from all over the US to be apart of this day.

The months prior working with Kim was great. She seemed to be able to honor all of our requests and was very responsive. The week of the event there was rain forecasted. We made sure to reach out to confirm that Kim would be prepared to enclose the tent, to which we were reassured that they were on top of it.

The day of the event there was no rain but it was extremely windy. At 12PM I requested for them to enclose the tent because they only had half of the walls up. I was told they would have to get them from storage but could make it happen. We booked our event from 12:00-4:00PM. They finished setting up all their beverages and crackers with pepperoni at 12:30. Keep in mind we already had guest there so this was extremely unprofessional. Upon discussion with my wife, I was informed that during setup the tables had mold on them after Kim stated she herself was cleaning them the day prior. We also had requested blue napkins to be on our table and they had white ones which is different than what we agreed upon. Our Salads were requested to be served at 1:00pm. 1:30 rolls around and the just started serving salads(one small bowl with 8 people per table). Plated meal means that we shouldn't have to get anything ourselves. No drinks were served besides a plastic cup of water which again, is different than the glass we were told we would have.

I was ready to look past it all until the food come out. 80% of the chicken we received was still pink and bloody. When brought to Kim's attention, she stated "it's just a blood vessel". I had guest not eat. Everything from the service was horrible to even 3:50PM when Kim was standing at the entrance to the tent with her clipboard to collect payment (while guest were still here).

This was extremely uncomfortable, and unprofessional. She had 2 other events going on so im not sure if it was just too much for her to handle or what but it was not worth it for us to have an event there. I had a group of people I spent over 1000 on food after the event because of the food the had there. We were not listened to, Kim was not prepared, and the food was gross.

I will never in my life recommend anyone have an event there.

We were so pleasantly surprised while dining here!! Our server, Brett, went above and beyond in his service to us- we appreciated the friendly faces and prompt, courteous service here. We did not have a dull moment with him! He makes the best margaritas by the way-super fresh!! The mozzarella was a great appetizer, and my husband loved his shrimp scampi! I asked for chicken added to my penne vodka, and they added so much- No skimping on our portions. Brett took some great pics of us for our anniversary! We highly recommend this location, grounds were beautiful, and we sat across from the river for our meal!

My fiancé came here for an event & raved about the food. He received a gift card & we went recently and oh my goodness! Every one we came in contact with was super sweet & attentive - outstanding service! I ordered the tomato soup which came with a mini grilled cheese, this was probably some of the best tomato soup I have ever had (I’m a soup fanatic!). I also had the blackened chicken sandwich with fries which was delicious. Portions are large & you can tell the quality is decent. My fiancé ordered a salad they had on special (it was a southwest salmon salad) with he really enjoyed. Awesome place, we will definitely be back!
