I was at the Witchcrafted Ostera market today and when we met the woman at the vendor, she was so nice! She talked about her products in a way that made you feel like she knew what she was talking about. Made us feel welcome and gave us freedom to take our time reading the labels on her products of tea herbs. We ended up leaving with so many bags of tea at a reasonable price then making a visit to the shop itself after learning about it.

It wasn’t at all what I expected; let alone have the shop be in such a lovely home. When I first walked in I felt so welcomed; usually when I enter places, I plant myself where I don’t bother anyone. But this shop made me feel like I could wonder wherever in the shop (within reason of course) and I never had a single doubt or fear I was in the wrong place.
With even more product in hands and a Golden Moon Mylk ice tea, me and my family went home. Writing this review with a warm cup of delicious tea.. and foggy glasses. I plan to restock as soon as we empty!

Has become my favorite place to buy fresh brewed teas. There is always a fun community event brewing to participate in and connect. It’s become my home away from home. Merihelen and her family are beautiful people!

Visiting Arizona with a cough and really needed mullein leaf to relieve it. Located tangled roots apothecary on Google the day after Christmas and it stated that they were open at 11 AM. I drove over 30 minutes and arrived at the shop around noon. lights were on inside, however the gate was locked. I called the shop several times with no answer and no return phone call. Very unprofessional and such an inconvenience.

Update*** Instead if apologizing for the inconvenience of not updating their hours online, the owner had a very condescending response (again; very unprofessional) stating they updated their social media and placed a sign on the door not considering the fact that i am visiting out of state and had no prior knowledge of the shop or their platforms. They also neglected the fact that their gate was locked so no customer is unable to get to the front door to see said “sign”. Also when I called I was already at the shop bc i saw lights on inside; however, if you would like to visit a small black owned business that really cares…Bio Balanced Organics apothecary is a close drive and provided the best service to me; not to mention their hours were accuratly portrayed online…i actually visited two other apothecaries are looking for this herb so it seems like tangled roots was the only business that did not want to make money today.

Drove 30 mins to the store checked the hours before they were still open. Get there door was locked and the open light off. The hours posted on the window said 6 pm still had time about an hour before that time. Got in the car and some people came out who look like customers.

Clean, inviting and charming botanical shop. Luv it!! Nice wide selection of different types of teas and herbs. Will be back to taste some of the teas available.

Very knowledgeable owner. We visited arizona on vacation and i really enjoyed her products, i LOVE her clay mask. If you are into plants and homemmade products stop here, even if it is just for a visit. I see big things for this little shop, of I am in Arizona again I would definitely visit.
