Read some of the reviews, and that wasn't my experience. Walked in two people behind the counter, and noticed we were looking over the menu and said, "Welcome in, let me know whenever you're ready." 2 min later, ready to order they gladly took the order and explained a few extra options. Food was delicious, had the churro with ice cream, French fries, popcorn chicken, and a few wings. Only the slight negative was the popcorn chicken was a bit salty, but that was on me. I asked to have it tossed in Cajun seasoning next time I would get it plain or Buffalo sauce. The service was great 👍. Recommend this spot if you're in the area .

The churros are a good size for the price, they take their time which i personally liked because it lets me know my food
/ drinks are being well prepared. I had the Thai milk tea and it tasted amazing. Wife had the passion fruit and absolutely fell in love with it. Also the two girls working had an amazing attitude and vibe, Will be back again and very soon. Thank you for satisfying our churro craving!!

I visited Tea riffic Churros located at 99th and Northern today, where I placed an order for two large drinks, along with popcorn chicken and a waffle bubble, at approximately 3:00 PM. I noticed a small sign indicating a promotion for "buy two large drinks, get one free" on the countertop AFTER I had placed my order. While I was waiting for my food and drinks, I asked one of the staff about the promotion. She told me that I should have asked about the promotion at the time of ordering, even though I just got my receipt a few minutes ago.

I found this approach to customer service to be concerning. Instead of assisting me, your staff “Jashua” pointed to the sign and suggested that I should have read it more closely. Her word was “ You should catch it before”. This raises a question about the intent behind your promotional efforts: whether the goal is to encourage customers to try new drinks or to make it challenging for them to take advantage of promotions that are meant to be beneficial.

As a regular customer (have been there many times), I do not see the one free drink as a significant concern; however, I believe that the manner in which your staff interacts with customers could be improved to reflect a more professional standard. I recommend that your team remind customers at the time of ordering about any applicable promotions, especially if they are likely to benefit from them. Jashua also mentioned that many customers choose not to take the third drink, but I believe it would be helpful for the staff to proactively inform customers about the offer. Thank you for considering my feedback.

Try the vietnamese coffee, it's awesome. Our kids loved their strawberry boba. Churros were good. I was pleasantly surprised that they also served potstickers and pork egg rolls.

Boba was good!! The smoothies are fresh and the boba is warm & fresh as well as appropriately flavored.

I did not love the churros. I guess they’re made fresh but just weren’t very good. Kinda weirdly stale like very firm? Idk. Just didn’t love it.

Service wasn’t very friendly but meh typical.

Arrived at 9:10, only ordered 2 1-scoop ice cream cups and a churro sundae. There was only one family that had just gotten their order and dining in. The cashier told us she was making it to go since they closed in less than a hour. I said that was fine- they cashed out and severed 2 customers while my family waited again not even our ice cream cups until almost 25 minutes after.
They ran out of the chocolate ice cream flavor and we picked something else no problem.
We were heading out 9:40ish when we noticed that the air conditioning was turned off and the heater was turned on.
I’m not sure why they put their closing time is 10pm when they are kicking customers out almost an hour before close.
We left the facility at 9:50 and the employee ran to turn lights off and locked the door.

Churros didn’t taste fresh- ice cream is something you can buy at any store. Hasn’t been here since it was known as Churro-holics and won’t be back.

Paid almost 30 bucks because I still tipped.

Wouldn’t recommend for this experience and poor service.

My husband and I went to try this place as it was close to our home. We ended up getting the horchata boba tea and an OG church. Boba was delicious and the food was just as good for the simple item we bought. Pricing is fair for the 3 items we bought; reg tea, large tea, and 1 churro, which came out to $28 after tip.
