We’ve been staying at Hilton and Hampton Inn’s all over the west and this was by far the worst one we’ve stayed in. The hotel itself smells bad, the rooms smell bad. The carpets are gross, the sink drain was clogged, the tub was disgusting and had moldy caulk. There was hair all over the hard floors when we got here. These rooms aren’t being cleaned to a hotel standard. We wouldn’t walk on the floors without shoes on and had zero desire to swim in the pool or hot tub based off the condition of the rest of the hotel. This specific hotel lacks integrity. The GM responds to all negative reviews with a generic “we strive to provide exceptional service” blah blah blah. If they truly cared about their guests, they would do better instead of saying they will do better. It’s clearly all talk if the negative reviews continue to pour in. We did not feel like we got what we paid for and I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. Pay a little extra and stay somewhere nice.

Right from when we checked in the staff was very nice staff. They were very welcoming and friendly. Breakfast is okay, not much to choose from and included powdered eggs, frozen, small, premade omelettes, bacon, waffles, pastries the potatoes were tasty and not fake. They even set out cookies at night, so when we got back, we had a nice sweet treat. The hotel was clean, and the room was spacious and the bed was very comfy. All in all, we enjoyed staying there. Glad we didn't have any of the other issues people posted on their views.

It’s time for an update. The bathroom drain is slow. There is mold in the caulking. There is a weird smell coming from the AC. The floors felt filmy.

However the staff was very nice. The bed was clean and the location is great. I just hope this helps encourage some updates to get this hotel up to Hilton standards.

I recently stayed at this hotel and found the bed to be comfortable and clean. Location was convenient to dining. However, our room had an overpowering funky scent of patchouli oil that was quite strong. The bathroom could use some attention, as the toilet bowl had a visible ring of stain that wasn’t addressed until the third day of room service. Additionally, the toilet flushed periodically on its own, which was a bit disruptive. The shower drain also didn't seem to work well, leading to a pool of water during use. Lastly, the air conditioning unit was very loud when it turned on, which affected our sleep. Overall, while the basics were covered, there are several areas that could be improved for a better stay and based on our experience, we will unfortunately not be returning.

For the price that I paid here. This was not a great place to stay. My room did not have any coffee cups or coffee accessories that weren't unopened. Not to mention a lot of the breakfast. Items were already gone by 630 In the morning.

Breakfast was inedible, Shower didn't even work, and the room had a strange smell. Also, I was charged 200 dollars because there was an EMPTY vape in the trash upon checkout, which I was told was sufficient enough evidence for a fine. Innocent until proven otherwise doesn't apply when your hotel is hurting for money. First and last time using this chain.

Despite any negative experiences written in previous reviews, we found this hotel to be perfectly located and satisfactory. Hotel was well maintained on the outside grounds, pool was clean, palm trees trimmed. There is a nice outdoor seating area with umbrellas for shade. Check in was easy and we had a King room on the first floor. Room was clean and temperature was great! The thermostat is motion sensored, and we were able to maintain a comfortable temperature in the room. Shower pressure was good, bathroom was clean, and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was great and all hotel staff was very pleasant, to include Evangela, Bob (Maintenance) and Benjamin the GM. Pool was the perfect temperature and offers morning shade perfect for lap swim and aquasize. While some reviews say it was noisy, it was quiet during our stay minus some early a.m. machinery running in area, and the side door entry on first floor was being repaired. Other than that, our stay was seamless. The hotel is also conveniently located with a few restaurants within walking distance. We had a pleasant stay while in the area and would definitely stay here again, mainly because of the staff and location. Thank you for providing service with a smile!

Positive: Location Negative: We travel every month and this was a very bad experience!!! Our bed was dirty When arrived, the toilet would not flush so the lady brought a plunger but after two flashes would not flush so my family had to use the lobby bathroom the entire stay!
