The location of the place itās a little sketchy, the room was not very clean, the stove had noodles on. The floor was super sticky we could hear each other walk which was very loud and annoying you could also see the mold in the bathroom floor also the bathtub was dirty. Thereās no toiletries, not even soap to wash your hands. The faucet in the shower was loose and it took about 10 minutes for the water to get warm (What a waste of water). The front desk itās closed from 11pm- 9am. To check out we just slide the keys under the counter door, which I did not know until another guest told me. I would not recommend this hotel. Thank God I had only reserved for one night. This place looks nothing like the pictures. Even motel 6 itās better. That says a lot!!!

Who is saying this place is great, because they must be getting paid for it. Iām staying here because my company has a bunch of us hereā¦. Hopefully not much longer. Where to begin⦠ROACHES, and when you tell the front desk they act like itās my fault. Amazing. 45 minutes to get me a key when mine stopped working the other morning. Front desk was closed, used the lobby phone and was told someone was on the way after being on hold for 20 mins. The maintenance man was arriving for his shift and finally helped meā¦but the person who was supposedly coming to help me never showed up. I asked for a new alarm clock as the one in my room had the alarm function permanently off with the switch removed. Elevator takes about oh, I donāt know, 12 minutes to go up one floor, and it smells horrible by the elevator on the first floor. Feels like a jail, you can not use any other door besides the front doorā¦(there are 3 others). And get thisā¦to switch out your towels or get new bedding itās a $2 charge. TO SWITCH TOWELS AT A HOTELā¦. They are chargingā¦. Beyond me. DO YOURSELF A BIG FAVOR, DO NOT STAY HERE

I wouldnāt recommend this hotel to anyone. The pictures that are posted by the business arenāt accurate, and this place is absolutely filthy.
The lobby is small and dingy, with only a check in window. It smells musky with a mixture of cigarettes and weed. Thereās also multiple questionable people staying there, that make you feel like youāre unsafe.
The hallways are disgusting, and they stink to all hell, the floors are dirty and damaged, and again they reek of weed and smoke. The elevator is even worse. Vandalism, nasty floors, dirty ceilings, peeling paint, again smells horrible.
The rooms are disgusting. Stuff stuck on the walls, broken faucets absolutely disgusting pillows and mattress that have yellow stains and hair. We didnāt even sleep on their nasty sheets we had to go to Walmart and buy our own sheets because of how nasty it is.
The rooms stink as well.
It also says that drugs are strictly prohibited, but there was multiple people smoking weed outside each night.
Donāt stay here. Cheap doesnāt mean good.

Took us 30 min to get someone at the front desk to check us in. upon entering the room, the sheets were dirty, tub was dirty, the smell of pot filled lobby way, sketchy people going in and out of the hotel. did not feel safe staying, asked for a refund and said it would be given in the morning at check out and not as we left 15 min after entering the room. Asked to go get out items from the room and the front desk worker gave an attitude and yelled as i walked away. NEVER staying at any of these hotels again.

I donāt recommend this location. Itās in the middle of an industrial area. No decent place to eat within a mile. ( when I asked the front desk, I was told there was a Little Cesar and Pizza Hut and a Subway near by). Shower leaked hot water all night long. I reported it and was told maintenance would look at it in the am. Overnight, the water leaked under the floorboards of the bathroom. The glue and what looked like mud (water plus dirt), oozed up between the cracks of the floorboards. Had to wear shoes inside the bathroom to keep my feet dry. I had two more days on my reservation, but ended up checking out early the next morning. Room smelled bad- musty and moldy. Also the hotel has smoking rooms. Lots of dodgy looking people coming in and out of the building. I think they are renting to homeless. Didnāt feel safe. Pay the extra $20 and go to the Extended Stay in Peoria.

There were many roaches in the sink upon arrival. Moved to another room and have only seen one small roach so far. The manager was extremely rude and unkind upon arrival when I complained about the roaches. I had part of my foot amputated and came here straight from the rehab. Amazon delivered a supplemental drink here, which was in a box, somewhat large and cumbersome for a senior citizen, to handle in a wheelchair up to the second floor. I asked for help in the front desk girl snapped, "we can't help anyone!" I understand policies and procedures. However, there's no need to be rude and unfriendly, if you can't help. Due to circumstances, I needed to stay at reasonably priced motel until my final post-op appointment with the surgeon. This is my first stay at Extended Stay America. I don't know if I will stay at another one or not. But I'm sorry to say that I would not return here.

Great locations nice rooms if youāre looking to stay a little longer than a week or two. Great staff super friendly! And always willing to help with new towels tp and sheets. Stores around it are super convenient. Also housekeeping is super friendly and always helping out.

Sabrina was amazing with helping me with my key. Super friendly and polite. So far our stay has been amazing. Donāt let me forget to mention my room. This room has so much space that my 1 yr old son is able to play freely with his toys and I donāt feel claustrophobic. I will definitely be returning to stay here.
