Our room was booked months in advance. We arrived at 7p.m. and was told they were fully booked, and the only room available was a handicap room. Very poor service. Now, someone who is truly handicap can't have a room. Do better.

Positive: The space was great & at first everything looked great. But after actually sleeping in the bed we found what looked like orange Cheetos marks all over the blankets. We did not have any Cheetos!! Negative: Upon moving the ottoman to eat some food on it. My children found a pair of used panties with hearts on them. They were nobody?s in the room. I called front office & they offered no kind of solution other than to dispose of the underwear! Unacceptable!!!

This was a great affordable place to stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Many amenities close by and easy to drive to. There was breakfast included which was nice.

We arrived really late after a long day of travel to walk into a hotel lobby that’s completely under construction. It smelled like paint and other chemicals. It wasn’t pleasant. I should have been notified that the hotel was under construction and discounts could have been given.

Breakfast was served across the courtyard and SOOO busy with guests from TWO hotels trying to get food. We stood in line to make a waffle for over 20 minutes only to have no syrup or anything. My kids were so bummed.

Our first room we were put in REAKED like vicks vapor rub, it was burning our eyes so we had to switch rooms. The second room definitely seemed cleaner, but the bathtub looked gross.

The TV didn’t work, yet someone kept coming in to “fix” it. They would tell us it was fixed and then we would find out it wasn’t. The most basic amenity is a working TV so that my kids could unwind after a long day. Broken EVERY day we were there.

The hotel offered points, but really not sure how this makes up for the issues.

Finally, we went to the pool and the handicapped chair to access the pool was broken and so dangerous, couldn’t be used safely.
We were just really let down by the whole experience.

My experience was great. I only gave them 4 stars on the rooms because while everything was immaculately clean, they needed to invest in hypoallergenic laundry detergent. I itched all night in their bed. No bed bugs I have my own black light and I am wheelchair bound.

This hotel is located next to a shopping mall so there are stores and restaurants very close by. The room is spacious and clean. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Complimentary breakfast was good with many options.

Positive: "" Negative: I didn?t like how the girl acted when we checked in. I questioned her honesty because she had me swipe my card twice then found she put two holds on my card.I was not happy with the room because the window view was covered by part of the building.
