I had the pleasure of staying at Fairfield by Marriott, Flagstaff, AZ for six nights during the Christmas holidays, and it was a fantastic experience!

From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff was incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive. Their outstanding hospitality made my stay even more enjoyable. A special thanks to the team for going above and beyond in helping me return an Amazon package that was mistakenly delivered to the hotel instead of my home—truly exceptional service!

The room was clean, cozy, and well-maintained, providing the perfect comfort during the holiday season. The complimentary breakfast was great, offering a variety of fresh and tasty options each morning. The hotel’s location is ideal, with easy access to local attractions, restaurants, and outdoor activities, making it a great place to stay in Flagstaff.

Spending Christmas here felt special, and I appreciate the effort the hotel staff put into making guests feel at home. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable, welcoming, and well-managed place to stay.

This is a very nice hotel. It’s newly appointed and well designed. The breakfast food selections are good. The rooms are quiet and you can set the HVAC for constant fan if you need a white noise generator for sleeping. It would be perfect except got two minor annoyances. One, the tap water is softened so you get that slippery “can’t wash off the soap” feeling. Two, the $7.50/day parking charge. I travel a lot and this is not a common charge. It bugs a lot of people. Just build it into your rates.

Great hotel! Super welcoming staff who greeted us every time we went in or out. Even the housekeepers were very friendly. I feel good staying somewhere with a friendly staff because I know that attitude trickles down from the top! |Breakfast is great, there is something for everyone. (Only thing I would like to see is a dairy free option for my coffee) |People who| complain about the parking charge haven’t traveled much, it is a very nominal fee and the fact that there is a free breakfast more than makes up for it!! |I will make this a regular stay when in Flagstaff!

I worked in the hotel biz for 22 years & 10 years in commc’l insurance supporting hotels. I know hotels & I know hotel operations. ||This hotel is great.||Flagstaff is just about halfway between me/my fam in SoCal and my Dad who lives in Santa Fe, NM. So, we all stay here from time-to-time when we split-up our trips out in either direction. ||This a new(ish) property and the location is perfect because it’s right off the freeway and shares a parking lot with a decent Italian restaurant and a gas station/convenience store. The main draw for us is that we’re always looking for hotels with quiet rooms. This place was built well - despite being nearly on-top of I-40, you can’t hear a THING indoors. It’s a quiet place. ||It’s a surgically clean place and the staff is always pleasant and they are efficient. I’ve been staying here for 3 or 4 years and it has been consistently good.

We have stayed several times at this hotel. This was the first time that the products in our room were not replaced or refreshed. The towels were threadbare and worn. They smelled like they were washed in Clorox or bleach. The breakfast is still great. But if you come late or close to the end of breakfast service, the coffee pots are empty.

But, will you please have clothing rack in room 104 reset properly? Whoever installed put the smooth side up and the rivet side down, so my clothes slide off when I try to hang.

I liked the location, which is fairly new with a nice Oreganos restaurant and nice gas station in the same parking lot. The hotel and room were clean and comfortable. The mattress could have been better, but I still slept well. Very friendly and helpful staff. I was picking my son up at NAU for a holiday break. This location is a 10 min drive to campus and not a congested area.
