We stayed here because it was close to North Pole experience and close enough to the polar experience. Rooms are clean and perfect for our family of 5. We used the indoor pool/spa and the kids had a blast. Breakfast was perfect and the staff was super helpful and kind. Would definitely stay here again. Location is great too. Close enough to downtown flagstaff and mall and lots of restaurant selections. Only downfall is it’s close to the train.

While on a Senior Citizen's bus trip, we stopped at this hotel for two nights. The manager came out to the bus to introduce herself and tell us that our bags would be delivered to our rooms. ||The staff was helpful and check-in was easy. Our bags arrived within minutes of us getting to our rooms. The staff was very friendly and talked to us about things to do in the area. Breakfast was the typical eggs, sausage, pancakes, pastries, and toast. They also offered fresh fruit which we enjoyed. The breakfast area was well stocked and kept clean. Overall a very enjoyable stay at this hotel.

Amazing stay here. The room I got was perfect, right at the front entrance. Super convenient as I was staying with a prescribed animal which made it easier to get in and out quickly. Courtney was working the front desk counter, back to back shifts, amazing. To be able to keep a friendly face working like that is something i couldn’t even imagine being able to do. And that’s why I don’t.

The property is very under rated on google. it is a hidden gem with a good price and great location to do things. The breakfast is great, the rooms are clean and the beds very comfortable. The pool and jacuzzi were wonderful and the staff is very accommodating. Loved my stay of 4 nights here.

Had been driving quite awhile and needed a last minute room. Stopped here and the night hostess was Amazing! Super kind, redid my billing because i forget to give her my Wyndham rewards and never made me feel bad for it. They are lucky to have her. When i said that to her, she said, it’s easy to work here, i have an amazing manager. People want to work for good people. Thank you! The rooms was amazing and so was the breakfast.

Amazing service. Had clogged sink in first room and they immediately moved us to room next door which was an upgrade for the inconvenience. Top marks. Rooms were very clean. Wife forgot her shower cap and they had one for her to use. Water pressure in shower was great.

The reception staff were always friendly, but the cleanliness of our room was lacking. We stayed in room 104, and while I appreciate that this is a pet-friendly hotel, we found hair on the bed, and the bathroom and toilet bowl had stains. When I travel, I expect to enjoy comfort and a clean environment. As someone who works in the hotel industry, I can say this was by far the dirtiest room we have encountered. Additionally, we didn't receive bottled water for making coffee, even though coffee facilities were provided. The walls were quite thin, and we could hear the television from the neighboring room at 2 a.m., which made the experience less than enjoyable. Overall, this was not a pleasant stay.

Spacious clean room with mini fridge and coffee pot. The included breakfast was a great way to start the day. Location was a convenient stop on way to the Grand Canyon. Kid loved the pool and parents enjoyed the hot tub! 200 words minimum is way too long for a simple review!
