The hotel atmosphere, and the free breakfast was decent. For the rate, it offers great value. I believe the hotel is family-managed, and it was clear that everyone in the family is dedicated to providing excellent customer service with the available resources they have. They checked in on us a couple of times to see if we needed anything.||On the side, I stayed at a Marriott on a business trip last month and there was no iron in my room. I asked the customer service agents for one but had to remind them several times. Still it took 24 hours for me to get. There is a big difference between corporate vs. a family-managed. Here, I believe dad was cleaning the rooms and wife or daughters managing the reception desk. ||Usually, I don’t write reviews for the hotels I stay at, but I felt compelled to write one for this particular hotel, because I didn’t leave a tip, as I didn’t carry cash, second their dedication in providing customer service.

The staff was great. Great breakfast. Rooms were very clean up to date. Quite area safe area. One of the best motels I have stayed at in a long time. We had a small problem with reservations but the staff worked to solve the problem. Overall we had a great experience

The room was very clean and warm. It was very nice of the staff to have the heat on. It was also nice the staff checked in on us after about 15 minutes to make sure everything was good. We stayed there last summer and the service was great then as well

Super budget friendly! We got the suite that slept 6 people (we had 7 with my small niece). It was 3 queen beds and a sofa that folded down. It was clean and the staff were nice and accommodating. It was perfect for a quick overnight trip up north! The suite had the bathroom with toilet, shower, and sink with counter space then another sink and large counter space outside the bathroom, which for 6 people is obviously a great set up. The mirrors were nice and large with great white backlighting so perfect for doing hair and makeup! The shower mirror even had the warmers so they didn't fog up! It was VERY roomy, as we were able to play games that required some moving around. The free breakfast was fresh waffle makers, cereal, oatmeal, eggs, sausage, muffins, fruit, juice and coffee. Sadly, they don't have milk alternatives so bring your own if you cant do cow milk. Again, not the Ritz or four seasons, but a great budget friendly place to stay! Also had some nice views of the mountains and lots of natural lighting! ($100 on MLK day!)

The room and bed were comfortable and clean. The water pressure was amazing. The shower took next to no time to warm up. The heating unit did its job and was quiet. The front desk clerk was very polite and friendly. I was very pleased. Thank you.

This is a motel. Looks a little rundown, but still a good value. Room was clean with AC/heat, refrigerator with small freezer, microwave, coffee machine with coffee, cups, and condiments, hairdryer, iron and board. Bed was comfy.
Breakfast was good; scrambled eggs, sausages, waffles, bagels, bread for toast, a variety of cereals and milk, oatmeal, packaged muffins, hot beverages, apple and orange juice. Service was good and staff was friendly. No complaints about noise from road or trains and our room was closest to the street. All-in-all, we had a comfortable stay and would definitely stay here again.

The beds are extremely comfortable and the breakfast is delicious. It's in walking distance of a few restaurants and the bus stop. Fellow room neighbors are a bit loud but overall it was a comfortable stay. We will definitely be coming again.

The establishment was very nice. The staff was friendly. The room was clean and beds were very comfortable. Their hot breakfast was also great!, but the best thing was the price. We would definitely stay here again if the need presented itself.
