We reached the hotel on 20th Dec evening and stayed for a night. The location of the hotel is close to the main road and in the town center, easily accessible. There are multiple restaurants around if you do not want to eat at the hotel restaurant. The location is on the main road and fast-food options are available nearby. Ample Parking space was available, but chargeable. The standard room was on 2nd floor and had 1 king bed. The room was clean, had all the amenities like pantry and neat bedspreads. Bathroom was also clean with basic toiletries. The view from the room was scenic. There was no buffet breakfast option at the restaurant. So we did not have food at the restaurant. Staff were friendly. Overall, it was a fantastic experience.

This hotel is located in town but still has a remote feel to it. Nicely appointed rooms with plenty of space. Staff is friendly and helpful. Glad to be here. Pet friendly.

Update: if management reads this, please consider dropping the thermostat down a couple of degrees. Non-negotiable 73 degrees is too warm to sleep well.

Marriott Courtyard Flagstaff hosted our Visiting Angels of Northern Arizona Christmas Party. My staff stayed at this hotel and commented on how friendly and kind the employees were. They also said that the rooms were spotless, and check in and out was easy and simple. I spent over 40 years of my career in the hotel business, so I know a great hotel and great service when I see it. This hotel is the best! I highly recommend this hotel! Cecelia Director

Good stay!
The hotel looks renovated, loved the interior design. Wish I took some photos! Service is good, I left my shoe at the hotel and they had kept it away very well. Polite staff. Clean rooms.
Location wise - I would recommend staying in grand canyon village if that's the purpose of your stay. This place is about 2 hours away from grand canyon and timing can matter if you are hiking there.

Everything was "No." The reception desk clerk didn't even acknowledge us when we walked in. We stood there waiting to check in and get room cards for about ten minutes, then finally gave up. There was a young man with a service dog who had been waiting before us and it seemed she hadn't acknowledged him either. It seemed remarkably rude that she stayed on the phone all that time while the man had to juggle all of his things and the dog. The room was adequate and clean, but nothing special. No microwave in the room, we had to go down to the lobby to use one, carrying our items back and forth to do so.

The layout of the hotel was bizarre as well.

By comparison, we stayed in the same chain in Cottonwood the following night, and the reception desk woman, who happened to be the general manager, Beth, greeted us immediately, was super friendly, and was a lot more willing to provide "yes's." What a contrast!

There was also a decent buffet for breakfast if guests wanted it, including some fresh fruit and dried fruits and nuts. It was clean too. Very important.

I ordered breakfast at the bistro downstairs and it was awful. I got two burritos and they tasted like they were microwaved and had no meat and no potatoes and was mainly dried up egg that was reheated. They charged me 46.00 dollars. Iโ€™ve stayed at a lot of hotels and a loyal member of Marriott but this was beyond awful. I couldnโ€™t believe how expensive it was for a microwaved burrito. Do your self a favor and donโ€™t eat here you will regret it. The hotel room was nice but smelled like cigarettes probably from previous years and triggered my asthma badly. I felt like I could barely breathe. I did end up taking medication. I think having carpet in hotel rooms can trigger asthma and allergies just to debris being trapped in carpets. The staff was nice and friendly.

The check-in process at the courtyard was exceptionally smooth. The front desk staff greeted me warmly and checked me into my room within minutes, even offering a complimentary drink as a welcome gesture. The service throughout my stay was exceptional. Every staff member I encountered was genuinely friendly and willing to assist, whether it was providing local recommendations or addressing any of my requests promptly.

Was very happy with our quick stay here. Booked later in the day while driving I40. Was welcomed warmly on arrival. Check-in was friendly and seamless. I was pretty impressed with the rooms. The room was pretty large, well furnished. Quiet and comfortable. For sure will be back when visiting Flagstaff.
