Liked this hotel a lot! We did the North Pole Experience nearby and this was an easy 8 minute drive away, for a much better price! We had a king suite with a fireplace, which was a fun feature for our kiddo. They sell the logs downstairs so it was super convenient. Free breakfast from 7-9 was easy option and decent food options. The room itself was cute, and having a full kitchen was a nice addition.

Little critiques- no pancakes/waffles at breakfast. It’s advertised and there is a place for it in the buffet, syrup was out, but never put out either day we went. The sofa bed in our king suite that we used for our daughter was really old, kinda yucky and she complained about the springs stabbing her. She ended up in our bed.

Horrible customer service||Arrived on Jan 1, 2025 at 3: 45 pm. Cassara was rude and refused to check us in 15 min early. She advised us to return after 4 pm. I requested if she could place us on the ground floor in the back of the property, she said she would keep it in mind. I returned at 430 and Cassara placed us on the front of the property and top floor. She provide the family in front of us a ground floor. When I asked why she was unable to fulfill our request she just lied that she never had any. Cassara had an issue with us from the moment we arrived and her goal was to make our life's miserable. She provided us with rm 222 the soap dispensers were empty, carpet dirty and torn. Furniture old and dirty. Main bedroom shower did not turn on. Hotel management needs to look into this

The boiler is broken at the night. I woke up at 5am because it was so cold. I couldn't get through to the front desk by phone, no responded. I went down, there was no one there. I waited for over 15 minutes. They said the maintenance would come at 8am, so the only thing they could do was change the room. I had to change the room at around 6am.

Later, they give some discount for me. That is good service.

--no sheets for foldout in the room, had to drive to office as we couldn't call
--cushion torn and one of the window shades not working

Overall:
Affordable price and phenomenal breakfast, makes it easier to overlook the items in disrepair.

Worst experience. Photos are deceiving. We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite. Furniture is completely outdated, stained, carpets are stained, as well as the walls and vents are filthy. Apparently, they only do housekeeping once a week since this is more of an extended stay, so we did not have housekeeping. We also asked for more towels, coffee, cream and sugar for the room and they said we can either pick it up at the front desk, or they can drop it off later since they’re too busy. There’s an oven in our room, but nothing for the oven, so we asked the front desk for a baking pan, and they looked as if we were inconveniencing them. ||I can’t believe how much money they charge for the lack of cleanliness and customer service. I definitely do NOT recommend this place to anyone. A motel would have been a FAR BETTER DEAL than this place.

The staff is very friendly and the property was adequate for our needs. That being said, the overall property needs attention. The kitchens have incomplete and outdated items, the entire property is in need of maintenance and upkeep. It is a very comfortable place to stay and the morning breakfast was ample, it's just sad to see it going downhill and in need of an infusion of maintenance and upkeep. I would stay here again, but it is on the upper end of price for the value.

We've stayed here for years and have always enjoyed the breakfast and spacious rooms. However, this year, the customer service was awful, or rather non-existent. There was a miscommunication that led to an upcharge on our room that we'd booked ahead of time, and there was no help or willingness to make it right. Then, in the morning I woke up to take a shower and the water would not heat up, and the tub wasn't draining. I took a freezing cold shower, although the water eventually heated up enough for my husband to take a warmer shower, but still didn't drain. When we went to check out they just wanted us to stick our room key in a basket and there was no one available to talk to. When someone finally came up, they weren't friendly or willing to help. Put a damper on our Christmas trip unfortunately. Canceled our return stay, but still haven't received a confirmation, and we won't be back.

Great location, very pretty area. Large rooms. The parking fee is ridiculous. There’s enough parking. The property is not in a busy area. NYC or San Francisco hotels could justify charging parking but not this place. . The breakfast was mediocre. The room’s furniture was very old, the piece of sectional they called a sofa was tattered, worn, with holes. Please provide dog bags; the property had dog poop everywhere.
