Completely dishonest and u professional. We called the hotel and spoke to a gentleman to make our reservation. He was very helpful and kind, asked us what we needed. We told him we have 2 small dogs, 2 adults, and need a 1 king bed. He told us for a 1 king bed, 2 adults, 2 pets, for 2 nights, was $330-something dollars. We loved that and accepted. When we arrived to check in, we are told there is an additional $100 non-refundable pet fee. We said absolutely not, that is not what was quoted for over the phone. The lady was emotionless and almost staring through us. It kind of felt like we were in the presence of an AI robot or something. We ran into 2 other families during our stay, and they said they had the same dishonesty about the pet fee. If i could give zero stars I would. DO NOT STAT HERE. Oh, and no continental breakfast, it's an extra $15.99 per person per plate.

This hotel is about what you’d expect for the price. When looking at recent reviews, I was a bit nervous. To my surprise, the room was quite clean. It’s very bare bones, but it has everything you need. The room was cleaned daily. The conference rooms are pretty nice. The lobby large, and the pool area is a great place to relax. Breakfast was your average cheap hotel food.

Two things to note. This hotel only has two elevators, one of which was down for (I believe) our entire stay. The one elevator that was operational was slow.

The dryer in the main building, second floor, did not work. There was no sign indicating it was broken, but when I spoke to front desk staff, apparently it rarely works. It was an inconvenience, as I had to carry all my wet laundry to the other side of the hotel.

The gym is nice for a hotel, it even has a smiths machine. Also, the hotel is close to the airport.

This hotel was a great choice! The staff were exceptionally friendly and yet completely professional. The building is well kept and clean. Our rooms were very clean and the furniture was well appointed. One thing we loved was all the places to plug in devices. So often hotel rooms do not have enough outlets for a family if everyone wants to charge their phones. The pool area is one of the best I have seen in the Phoenix area. The pool is huge and there are lots of spaces to hide in the shade or soak in the sun. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Phoenix area for family fun or for business. Only a short 15 min drive from the airport and close to every type of shopping!

We enjoyed our stay immensely! Very comfortable room and very clean! The first thing I noticed was the smell - there WAS NO SMELL!! It just smelled…well…. Clean!!! We had a King bed and it was super comfortable! Our only complaint was we were led to believe breakfast was included with our stay and then we were presented with a bill for $40 plus tip for two people!!! It was just a standard buffet type to include continental breakfast. The food was good but $40 seemed very high for not being a made to order breakfast.

Stayed here for the weekend while we were in from out of town for a music event. The location is hotel is great walking distance to several restaurants only six minutes from an In-N-Out, which was important lol. Staff was friendly rooms were fairly clean. There were more hairs strung about the bathroom than I typically prefer. Hotel staff was great. The pool In Hot Tub area were fantastic, very well taken care of overall I would definitely stay here again.

My wife and I choose to stay in Holiday Inn or Express whenever we travel, because like McDonalds, we know what we are getting. Unfortunately that has not been the case in my last stays at IHG motels. I previewed the Holiday Inn Chandler to check for pool and hot tub. Holiday Inn Chandler claimed heated pool and hot tub. Neither of these were heated, even after bringing attention to staff. Relaxing in pools are a big part of my stay, reason for preview.

I believe of all my stays in IHG motels the chandler had by far the worst breakfast food and menu. Some of the food was under cooked, messy containers. The person in charge was not interested in greeting guests, only with getting the guest a bill for the breakfast. On top of that the bill included an automatic tip , tax (expected) and a service charge. To me breakfast was a total disaster and failure to have the guest start the day positive.

The room was clean, housekeeping staff was attentive. Management didn't respond to pool questions either by fixing or communition as to problem.

This hotel is centrally located in Mesa, just off the I-60, so very convenient. The staff here is always pleasant and helpful. I really enjoy the breakfast buffet - scrambled eggs, various fruit, pancakes or waffles, etc. The staff here is accommodating, offering to fetch bread/toast or something to drink for guests. Only one of two elevators was working, which was somewhat inconvenient, but not the “end of the world,” and other guests were gracious about sharing a ride. There was work going on in the corridors of the hotel, but I couldn’t hear anything once I was in my room. There was a nice TV and small refrigerator in my room. Housekeeping was accommodating when I asked them to stop by at a later time.

The hotel is right off the freeway, but noise was not an issue in the wing I was in. Check-in was great. On the wing I was in, only one of two elevators worked but there was no signage. The hotel showed signs of age and years of usage. The carpet in the room was dated. The drain cover in the shower was loose and I had to push it back into place. The door to the room did not seem very secure. From the hall I was able to push the door and it moved more and expected, to the point I was able to look into the room. Overall, this place was just ok.
