I hate to rate places but as a seasoned traveler this one needs a review. ||The good.....||Great location. We were at Elite Condo complex. Easy access to Kierland Commons and other amenities in the area. Beds were comfortable and we liked that we could get 3 rooms, 3 King size beds. We were in Scottsdale for a wedding and had plenty of room. Nice and quiet. Free parking.||Now to the not so good....||Upon opening the door to the unit, it reeked of Indian food/Seafood. This lingered the entire time we were there. Bought some Febreze spray but it never did go away. Floor was not clean in the main living area. I found a broom and swept up styrofoam and dirt. Showers were complicated and had cheap plastic hardware for heads and handles. Had a hard time figuring them out which wasted a lot of time getting in the showers. Sink in our bathroom needed a new stopper. It wouldn't stay up so it wouldn't drain without lifting it up. Place was older, needs some refreshing. Table outside on the patio was loose and about ready to fall apart. Pictures on the website are deceiving.||Summary...||Overpriced older apartment complex. Spend a few more bucks and get a Marriott hotel.

All I can say is....wow!! I've been lucky to have done a decent amount of traveling. For my most recent vacation, I stayed at Meridian Condoresorts with friends. I was EXTREMELY impressed for a number of reasons. The three bedroom unit I stayed in was spacious, extremely well furnished, and completely immaculate. The property had a beautiful pool, jacuzzi, pickleball courts, tennis and a gym. We were very, very close to a number of bars and restaurants, golf courses, the airport and the stadium. The staff at Meridian were extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the area. I know there are some "name" resorts in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area...but I'm telling you...you can't beat this place. Best value vacation I've ever had.

Stayed in one of the three bedroom condos and it was awesome! Well appointed with every amenity you could want or need for a short or an extended stay. Steps away from the pool, jacuzzi, gym and parking. Moments away from high-end stores, activities, golf and just about any type of restaurant you can think of. I loved staying there. Russ and the people at Meridian take great care of you. I will DEFINITELY be back - check it out!!

Traveled from NY with a dozen old guys to attend the Jets-Cardinals football game and filled up the 4 days with hiking, pickleball, a rodeo/concert…so much to do. We reserved a 3 bedroom/ 2 bath unit for our group of three guys and it was perfect. Clean unit, comfortable bed, attentive staff, easy parking in our reserved space, and easy access to restaurants and bars. Half the guys were active all day, and the other half sat by the pool/jacuzzi. Already planning a golf trip next year with my son. 100% recommend!

We went to Phoenix to see the Jets play and while they were terrible (what else is new!), our experience at Meridian was just the opposite! We especially enjoyed the pickleball courts and pool/jacuzzi. The units are clean, spacious and properly stocked with everything you need no matter how long your stay. We will be back! Highly recommended!

I couldn't have been more impressed with the organization of my stay. The communication from the staff was a 10/10. The room itself was clean, well presented, and modern, also a 10/10. I absolutely will be be using them for my next trip out there.

Do not be fooled by the name or the pictures. False advertising. This is not a resort and don’t fall for the name Meridian.
These are low end outdated apartments. Our unit smelled so bad. Old carpets probably. The blinds are half broken. The pool is cold and disgusting. We were told we were on a golf course. There is a golf course across the street in the distance. The property is also close to an airport so you hear the planes. A waste management plant is close by. There is nothing nearby just rows of low end apartments. I asked to be moved to a better place but they claimed everything is booked. Never again.

Top notch facilities and amenities, would highly recommend for business or pleasure, to friends and family alike! The rooms were spacious and clean, the pool and hot tub were fun and relaxing. And if you like pickleball, this is the place for you!
