I would never recommend this place in a million years. The hallways had a horrid smell that instantly gave my SO and I a headache. The rooms were nothing like they look like in the photos. Complete false advertisement. Good lighting can only go so far until you’re lying to customers. The rooms smell was supposed to be masked but it still couldn’t mask the smell of cigarettes. This is the first bad review I’ve left in my life, it was that bad. Steer clear.

This place runs more like an Airbnb—no front desk, just a code they send you for the door. The showerhead is impressive, with multiple settings (including two massage modes), though the water didn’t get as hot as I’d like. The fridge is surprisingly huge for a hotel, and there’s even a garbage disposal and a little stove if you plan to cook. The artwork? Let’s just say it’s… unique. Overall, a decent stay, but we did hear from other guests about some unwelcome six-legged visitors.

I am reading reviews to the hotel and I’m wondering if I’m staying at the same place? The outside is nice. The area is nice. You don’t check in like you’re normal hotel. That was nice. It was quicker but finding a door that opens with your code is little weird.
I didn’t see one hotel worker. The hall our room was down (1st floor) smelt so strong like weed. Our room was stinky as well, but not weed. The room was okay. Not horrible, but a little old. We saw another room next to ours through the door and out looked nicer. The walls are paper thin. Both nights we could hear the man next to us snoring so loud as if he was in our room. We could hear grunting through the walls.
I wouldn’t stay here again, but it was okay for the price.

I was pleasantly surprised by the value and overall pleasantness of our stay. We had a few hiccups (our own fault!) but the staff were quick to help us get things straightened out. Ryan was top notch. 5 stars all the way!

Honestly, as much as this place may seem a little bit off at first glance....the staff are incredible. Huge props to Ryan and all the mgmt team at the front desk, they were all an immeasurable help to my dad and I when we were staying here and in a rough spot.

Sure, the rooms are a little bit spotty in some places, but they're reasonably comfortable, the beds are good, and the shower is nice and hot. The building could use a little bit of TLC, but for the most part the rooms are solid, and the kitchenette is a great feature with the good size fridge and stovetop in addition to the microwave. Sometimes, noise is a *little* bit of a problem, but as long as you've got some good noise-isolating earbuds, you should be alright.

The 24/7 maintenance staff is a great help, and Dimitri (sorry if I'm mis-spelling your name...) was always kind and helpful anytime we had a maintenance issue.

All in all, I would recommend this hotel- whether it be for a quick 1-3 night stay, or a long-term multi-month extended stay. And again- huge props to Ryan and the front desk staff, as well as the maintenance and housekeeping people- you were all great and a huge help to us all ^-^

I don’t know this is a very mixed review like I’m grateful that I had a place to stay. We didn’t get the booking information until 8:30 PM. Had to call a couple of times to get it to go through. Eventually just told them I was going to fall asleep in the parking lot because we’ve been in the car for about 12 to 16 some hours. Very interesting motel six type people. Pretty much had to use The bathroom really bad came into the room. Hallways were a bit odd. Just smelled like a bunch of perfume. Slight tinge of feces or spice. Anyway went to the bathroom. My friend was standing in the kitchen area, and when I came out, he was just standing there, and I sat down on the couch and started noticing all the stains. Like yeah, this is better than a motel six. I don’t know how much better the door wiggles like you could almost just put a credit card in the lock and open the door and steal everything from you in the middle of the night. ( there’s a big dent in the middle of the door and paint missing like it’s been kicked in) On top of that the windows open all the way up and there’s no screen. We’re on the third floor so you know if you hate the room you can always jump out the window. Honestly, I thought the people who set this place up for me was playing a prank. It’s that bad but it made my night and my friends. The electrical outlets don’t have covers and the bed was pressed up against on and sparking. There are also 7 separate fire alarms in just my room. The lobby is closed at night, but if you want to get in there, all you have to do is shake door a broom handle that’s wedged in the door, the walls are thin so you can feel/hear other people moving in there bed in the room next door, there’s people in the parking lot blasting music at 2 am followed by cops to shut it down. That’s day 1 I have 7 more to go.
Day 2 you get used to all of the above kinda. After day three it’s all okay just an odd place, like that was an introduction to this hotel. Eventually it’s just doesn’t matter it’s a nice guaranteed place to sleep. Beds are comfy and everything works in the room even though it’s well used. Went through with a UV light to my surprise didn’t find anything it was quite clean. Even the stains on the couch are just coffee or food. Like all in all, it’s not a bad place to stay and for the price. Because there are a lot worse out there.(road dogs) On top of that the Location is quite nice. It’s very centralized like you can get the most things within 20 minutes. Like there are a few things that could be done. Like the last time the elevator was inspected, was the previous owners of the hotel under a different name.
Day 4 will throw you off early morning bags of vomit in the hallway on the floor. The elevator safety inspection is still from the previous hotel four years ago. That should probably tell you how much they actually care about their business, considering usually that is a yearly inspection. Last thing I was really trying to figure out was why there was seven different fire alarms in the room.

From the beginning our experience here has been seamless: smooth check-in, nice size apartment for a family of 5 and it’s clean. They have a pool, basketball court and a workout room and the receptionist has been really nice and accommodating.

It's 2 star better than Phoenix Metro. Phoenix Metro has bed bugs roaches dirty homeless people hanging out front. Yelling outside 2-3am bring the aluminum foil. So the bums can smoke their drugs. I wouldn't recommend on getting any of the 3 metro priorities . Your better off at hotel 6 than staying here
