We were here on a business trip and were hosted by the individuals we were there for. Beautiful hotel with stunning views. Lobby and hallways are quiet and smell great, there’s a little convenience section if you forget or need some essentials

Only thing that was slightly off was the shower door; it kept sliding open as I was showering which was i didn’t understand lol. But otherwise really good for the price and location.

It was a nice ambiance and presentation. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.
The only cons were that the breakfast cost extra and was very basic (I do not remember this being disclosed at check in) although I was glad there were healthy options available.
Also, the water did not get very hot until you let the shower water run for at least 10-15 minutes, which is backwards. It should start out hot and then of course the longer you're in the shower the water may start to gradually cool. For your showers it was the other way around.
Lastly, I wasn't a fan of there being no microwaves on the premises for customers to access. I have never heard of this before at any hotel. For it to be such a nice presentation, there were little details that were lacking and could use some improvement.

Absolutely loved our stay here. Prime location and it was soooo easy with a toddler. Very nice and clean. Used the gym only; has towels and water. Didn’t use the pool, just took a look.

I liked that it was walking distance to the Kierland Commons & Scottsdale Quarter. Weather was great the week we stayed. Can’t wait to come back.

I just recently returned from a 12-day business trip, I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. like to give a special shout-out to Zayra, for always greeting me in the evenings after a long day with a welcome home, and a smile. she was more than just a smile at the front desk, she also offered a lot of ideas on places to eat within walking distance.||| Breakfast: |The offering could use a small improvement. ||Staff:|Jordan and Nanette |always took care of me on the mornings I stayed in at the hotel for breakfast, opting for the made-to-order breakfast versus the Buffett is the way to go.||Great location, within walking distance to Scottsdale Quarter's Shopping.

Good location, decent building with some flaws. Rooms will not cool below 68f even in winter so expect nursing home temperatures. A typical hot weather hotel they stock the beds with a heavy comforter so you’ll need to ask staff for a regular blanket

Nice rooms and breakfast. Walking distance to Kierland Commons and Quarter. They charge $25 a day for parking, which was a surprise for a surface lot (that was mostly empty) in a suburban area . The pool is small, did not appear to be heated and is on the north side of the building, which made it cold for a November visit.

Excellent hotel for the price point. Clearly meant for business travelers and it worked well for me. All the basics you need when traveling for work. First off, the rooms are new and spotless with a nice modern shower and a large screen TV that can stream Netflix and Amazon. Staff is great. I had an issue with my air conditioner but the staff handled it very well even though they were sold out and couldn’t move me to a new room that night. They did all the right things. Great lobby with breakfast and coffee in the am. Walkable to restaurants and shopping including one of my favorite restaurants, The Green House. This will be my new go-to hotel whenever I am in town for work.

When I book a hotel I go on location first and foremost. It’s within walking distance of a hub of nice restaurants and shopping. The staff was very nice and accommodating like every other Marriott that I’ve ever stayed at. Price was very attractive well. All in all, I would stay here again for sure.
