The rooms are newly renovated and clean. The rates can't be beat , best in town. Pet friendly and plenty of area to walk the dogs . Coffee maker and fridge . The weekend we went the weather turned cold with a little snow the room was warm and cozy . The place was fully booked and still very quiet and peaceful. Good insulation, you don't hear any noise from the rooms next to you. Thanks for a great weekend !!

This place was just wonderful! The room was very cozy, comfortable and super clean. The kitchenette was great and the bathroom just beautiful. Also the guys in the office were funny and made us feel very welcome. Definitely the best Motel we've ever stayed in!❣️

Great cozy hotel with a nice bed, quiet heater and a friendly staff. Amazing location close to restaurants and a few bars and a grill on the property.

I love thos place. Very pet friendly. Love the room i had to walk him aroumd so many trees and the view out the back was amazing. I loved my room and the porch. I didnt want to go home. Never mind what others say this place was amazing. I didnt know my room came with a fireplace and i was in love. A perfect stay. The owner was quite nice and everything was neat and clean. I was so glad to stay at a motel where the towels were not the cheap thin white towels. It was close to places to eat and a grocery store. Thanks so much for rhe wonderful and enjoyable stay. I will come back without a doubt.

They are trying, but still needs some detail work. Room 15 is nearest the hiway and VERY LOUD. The windows and door do not provide soundproofing. Be aware. They need a good weekend of landscaping. No flowers and lots of spiderwebs and dusty.|| The beds are very comfortable, but decor is not quite there, yet. The wall sconces need shades, the bathroom remodel is nice, but no toiletries and the body wash is 'beige mediocre'. How about some scented, soapy body wash in the dispenser? Nice, fluffy towels. How about an over-the-door or hook behind the bathroom door? N shelves or counter storage in bathroom.mUpdated toilet and facet are nice. ||The TV is a Roku and manageable, but it is minuscule by today's standards. Upgrade to at least a 55", please. Some patio chairs would be nice to enjoy the cool nights. Coffee is dehydrated Folgers- Yuk

My hiking buddy and I had a fine overnight stay at Nine Pines Motel. With its wood-log architecture and tall trees it has a definite Native American ambience (located in Navajo County at 8,800' elev.). The room was well equipped with amenities and had a high sloped ceiling. The shower was nicely tiled for an extra aesthetic touch. I much appreciate how the very kind lady at the office (in rear of complex) let us check in one hour earlier on our road-trip coming from the White Mtns.

A few posters have mentioned the traffic noise, but almost all the motels up here in Pinetop-Lakeside likely have this same problem, since they're located right along the major highway (Hwy 260).

The price was very decent. It's an old hotel and so you go in understanding that, but it's very clean and all of the bathroom parts works very well
