Lovely hotel. Our service was great and the rooms clean. I absolutely loved our courtyard view of the golf course with the saguaro cacti and lovely view of the sunset. The pool and hot tub were really great as well. We had them to ourselves since it was January. I saw a coyote and birds out back too, so that was a nice touch. Bed was comfortable.

Spent one night. Super friendly and helpful staff. Great location with beautiful views of mountains. Room was clean. Unfortunately, our sleep wasn’t good. All four pillows were super puffy and hard. The heater was in the bedroom and it was so loud, it woke us every time it came on. Lighting over the bathroom mirror was not good. We will not stay here again.

What a Dump!
This hotel is in need of a major overhaul! You wouldn’t realize it, standing in the lobby or at the front desk.
The interior carpet, was worn, stained, and outdated.
Lumpy, full-size mattresses with queen size sheets, what a joke!
Couch worn to the bones, and so soiled, we covered it with the extra sheet that was in the closet.
Mold on bathroom vent above the toilet.
To separate the bedroom from the living area, they have glass French doors, that are illuminated, if someone is watching TV, while, someone is trying to fall asleep.
We did have a balcony, although, opening the sliding door was a hassle. The sliding glass door needs to be replaced. You need arms of steel to wrestle with it.
This hotel might be convenient for golfers, that just want a place to crash!

The rooms here are spacious and comfortable. The staff is friendly and inviting. The only possible negative is the sound of planes flying in and out of Scottsdale Airport. My stay did happen to be at a very busy time for that airport and the sound did not bother me.

Beautiful hacienda type hotel. Rooms are a little older but love the two rooms and the balcony. Close to the airport on if that bothers you. We enjoyed seeing the planes.

This is home away from home. Super kind and accommodating staff from valets to front desk to the lovelies in the restaurant. Annie McDonnell is bar none, the most wonderful manager and really helped me and my family during a tough time. Above and beyond to take care of us! Beautiful views, great food and super comfortable beds. We will never stay anywhere else!

Honestly, it feels like the hotel hasn’t been updated in over 15 years. The place is really showing its age.

The shower didn’t drain properly, which was annoying, and the carpets looked super old and worn out. The gym was also a letdown—way too small and barely had any weights or machines, so it’s not great if you’re looking to get a good workout in.

On top of that, I’m still waiting for my bill, which is pretty frustrating.

The staff was nice, but the hotel really needs some major renovations to feel like a proper Marriott again.

Positive: The food was very good and the staff was pretty nice. Negative: I paid extra for a balcony and breakfast. I got breakfast, but no balcony. I booked a room with a balcony because we work from the room and are pretty cooped up. It's just nice to have fresh air. Needless to say, I was very disappointed.
