I stay at this hotel through the courtesy of my insurance. I love the factor that they are a pet friendly hotel. My little dog loves it there. I love their free laundry services. I also love the staff they are quick to fix anything and everything that needs it. I love their spacious rooms. I go down to this hotel once a month for a week. And it's a really nice hotel so close to my appointments that I can just walk around the corner to it.

Our experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing, primarily due to the incredibly rude front desk staff. Every time I called from our room with a question or request, the staff member would abruptly hang up as soon as the conversation ended—no courtesy, no professionalism. It left us feeling unwelcome and like we were an inconvenience.

To make matters worse, our room had serious maintenance issues. The shower drain in the bathroom was completely clogged, causing water to overflow whenever we tried to use it. The bathroom fan was also broken, which only exacerbated the problem. When maintenance finally arrived, the technician unclogged the drain, but what followed was even worse. The room filled with an unbearable sewage smell that lingered for hours. It was so bad that my entire family was gagging.

I expected a much higher standard of service and cleanliness, and this experience fell far below even the most basic expectations.

We are a family of 5 and stayed for 3 nights at the end of December. The property is beautiful and it's a great location in Scottsdale. The complimentary breakfast is good and the drinks and snacks in the evening were a very nice touch. Our stay started off a little bumpy because they had given away our requested room but I want to commend Nick for the excellent way he handled it and made sure we were able to get the room we had requested for nights 2 and 3. He was attentive, responsive, and followed through on his word to comp the first night. Thank you Nick for turning around a disappointing start, and I would definitely stay here again because it's a great resort and because of the excellent customer service provided by Nick.

We couldn’t be more happy with our stay. The pool was gorgeous, we spent everyday there. The staff made us feel so welcome. Richard the bar tender made us feel like family. I was so impressed by|the manager. She checked to see if we were having a great visit everyday! |The breakfast was very good. Not concentrated watery eggs! There were so many choices everyday from fruit and yogurt to pancakes on the weekend.|We went every night to the happy hour for chips and drinks! Such a nice touch!|If you’re looking for clean, this is the place! Rooms, hallways lounges were all kept so nicely. |We will definitely be back!

Positive: Nice room, refrigerator, stove. Quiet. TV could be upgraded. Negative: I objected to the resort fee of $31 per night. THIS IS NOT A RESORT. No restaurant. "happy hour" was pitiful and I did not participate. I have had better breakfasts at motels I paid $--- per night than at this facility. Coffee was substandard / breakfast.

Really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The pool area was an oasis, outdoor seating with fire pits going, heaters, everything you could want. The front desk was friendly and accommodating. Water with lemon in lobby. Happy hour with free drinks at night. Breakfast every morning. The room was clean, I appreciated it had a stovetop and microwave with a large fridge. Room was spacious with a bed and couch area with tv in both rooms. My dogs had enough space and the staff was kind to my pups. Everything was top notch. Didn’t get to use the gym but it looked well equipped. The area was safe and quiet. Conveniently located to grocery, local restaurants and bars. Overall 5plus stars.

Absolutely loved this hotel. It far exceeded my expectations. I loved the quality bath products that were in my room. The breakfast that was included was one of the best on this, my first vacation to Arizona. The happy hour and appetizers were a totally unexpected bonus, it was great! The staff was wonderful! I would give this place 5 stars.

Spa staff very sweet but would not recommend. Banging from gym above throughout massage. Other employees loud voices outside door. When music finally came on it was booming eventually softening. No toilet paper in bathroom, shower had hair on the floor. Water dispenser needed filling.
Massaged legs and feet before head and face. Lovely woman but not a professional masseuse (not that that always means a good massage).
