We come up here about once or twice a year and always say here.

We found it by accident during our first trip, and we've never looked anywhere else since.

Beautiful property, lovely cabins. Plenty of activities on the grounds for the family to enjoy. Out door grills in abundance.

Indoor pool and Jacuzzi.

I love how it's like being in a one or two bedroom apartment with full appliances and such.

Quiet and peaceful, a very pleasant time all around when we come here.

Management could use a lot of training in customer service and hospitality. The family we traveled with pre-booked stating they had a dog and were prepared to pay the stated deposit. When we got there management extremely rudely accused their family of not telling them they were bringing a dog and that they were “blind sighted” and they were not allowed to have a dog in the room they were assigned treating them like criminals and taking no accountability for the misunderstanding that took place most likely on their part.
Also found a black hair in the “clean” pull out couch sheets and a dirty shower liner covered in the last guests soap.
The only thing that saved this trip was the amenities that our kids were able to enjoy.

The lodge is very outdated, old and dirty stay only in the units out of the lodge. Beds are hard, needs an upgrade some units are upgraded. My brother got a decent unit outside the lodge. The fireplace doesn't work in the lodge either. Need to be closed until all units are renovated including the entire lodge.

Beautiful place to stay. Elevation is almost 7000 feet so we got over 6 inches of snow. Was so beautiful. Staff helped shovel stairs and walkways. Would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful place. The utensils and cookware definitely needed to be updated. The direct tv service was 1 out of 10. A tree was blocking the satellite dish. There was a gas fire pit. which was nice, but the wooden chairs produced many splinters in our backside. The pool was nice , and the grill areas were great.

This was our second time staying at the Round House Resort , The location was perfect for the annual Car show . Also close to plenty of restaurants, Bars and shopping . On location they have an indoor swimming pool although we didn't use it . The also have pool tables and ping pong tables . Outdoors they have a miniature putt putt , Corn hole games . Only complaint is they close it all down by 9 pm

We've been staying at the Roundhouse Resort for many years and always enjoy our stay. The staff is always friendly and helpful, the location is beautiful and quiet, and close to the places we like to visit while in Pinetop.

We had been in our room for two days, things put away and ready to enjoy the mountains and the return vent for the air conditioner in our room started leaking water from it. I called the office and they sent a maintenance man over immediately. He put a bucket under the leak in the middle of our hallway. It was 8:00 at night so that was fine. I called the office the next day and they said the air conditioner man would not be able to get to it for a few days. So we spent our whole stay with a bucket in our hallway. They did offer to move us to another room but we were settled in our room and what it would have taken to move to another room was more work than we wanted to do on our vacation.
