We went to We-Ko-Pa to meet up with some friends from out of town. Casino was clean and the staff was friendly and attentive. We gambled a little and had a couple drinks. No one pressured us to constantly play machines while we chatted. Very enjoyable evening!

The buffet was closed and I never found a place to eat or I may have stayed longer.
Next time I will be sure and find a restaurant! Per their website they have several besides the buffet.

Overall, our experience was good. Stayed here on a work conference for 3 days. For the hotel being rated as a 4 diamond hotel, it's missing a lot of modern features and amenities that other 4 diamonds hotels have, especially in the guestroom. King rooms should definitely have a nice shower enclosure. Instead, they still have the old step-up cast iron tubs with fabric curtains and mirrors that fog up instantly. Room service and the daily housekeeping refresh were great! One thing they really need to fix in the hotel is the static electricity thats generated from walking on the carpet. All guests experience an electric shock when touching the door frame, RFID reader, or bed frame, It's not a very pleasant experience... Staff was friendly and caring. Thank you!

My company hosted a dinner party here. Beautiful and delicious dinner, I was happy I decided not to wear my wing tips, the dirt floor was a bit different but, after all, it IS intended to produce a country type of feeling. Fire pits sporadically spread out amongst the dining area was an awesome touch.
Several weeks ago, I booked a room and supposedly under the company dinner package we were to get discounted rates for the room. I didn't see much of a difference as I attempted to book one as a sole patron and the cost was pretty much the same. I stayed for the dinner and decided against checking into my room. The next .or ing I called to get my refund posted back to my account and was told it takes the same amount as the room to cancel. I went OFF!!! And will not apologize for it. I received a call shortly after raising cane and was told by a manager that it would be taken care of. That made all the difference for me. I'd definitely go back even after all this. I still want to experience the rooms and the casino so, I'll be back.

I did not stay at this location but I wanted to comment about the buffet. On Friday nights they feature the all you can eat crab legs on the buffet and I find it most enjoyable! Since I enjoy seafood, I have had the pleasure of eating the Friday night buffet numerous times. The buffet staff does a great job and is led by an excellent Leader named Janet. I recently started interacting with Janet and some of her staff and I've been quite impressed with the VIP treatment they use for their regular customers. It only took a few times before Janet and some of her staff recognized me and would call me by name!!! I get a strong feeling that the buffet staff really appreciates their customers. Yes, the food is good too!

Rooms were very nice. The remodel is fantastic. Food at buffet was wide variety and what I got was really great. Food at other restaurants were fine. Drinks at the sports bar need improvement. Limited selection and drinks not made right. Seems limited bartending knowledge possibly. Wouldn't go back to Ahnala restaurant. Food just so so and seemed short staffed. Band at sports bar was a lot of fun. Casino was clean. Definitely a good place to have a little fun and getaway or staycation time.

First time here, Went to a concert. My friend and I drank several of their expensive drinks before the concert. After the concert was over, we went to the front row area to talk to fans who follow this band. After a couple minutes, an usher type person rudely told us to leave. For what? Another function in the room? There was a fire? I have been to numerous concerts in Nevada casinos and they would never do this!! This unbelievable in a place where customer service is critical. Only on the Indian nation where not one single state or county law applies!!!

Check in was seamless and the room was clean. The shower didn’t drain properly but the water was warm and the room was well air conditioned. I made use of the gym whilst there. It was small but had a treadmill and dumbbells, which is all I was looking for. They also provide towels, headphones and water in the gym too, it wasn’t at all busy. There was one other person in there each time I used it. I don’t gamble so didn’t use the casino but I did eat onsite at a couple of the restaurants.

Check in quick & easy. Front desk staff friendly, professional and accommodating. Spacious room; clean, neat and well stocked with towels, amenities & extra pillows/blanket. Comfortable & restful. Enjoy the Casino and our meals at Embers, Ahnala, The Marketplace and the Buffet. We have stayed at the Resort several times and always as expected—high quality accommodations and service. We look forward to more visits in the future.
