Wow is all I can say. I stay in hotels about 50 nights a year and this one takes the cake. The manager Anthony was amazing and was so accommodating even though it was a crazy busy weekend and I needed a room last minute. The room was spacious and absolutely immaculate. The front desk staff was pleasant and helpful. Smiles and pleasant conversation from the second my wife and I walked in. The breakfast was fantastic and even the breakfast attendant was so happy and upbeat. My wife and I enjoyed sitting on their large back patio and enjoying the weather. I very rarely leave reviews for hotels but my experience was so far above expectations I decided to drop this one. These days it's rare to see a group of people who take pride in their work the way the staff did here and it shows. Will definitely be back on my next trip.

I am a self professed hotel snob and the Towneplace Suites exceeded all expectations! It is new and beautifully decorated. The rooms are huge and cleaned to perfection. The beds are so comfortable; cushioned, but with good support. The quality of the breakfast was amazing! Great selection fabulous quality. They even have a waffle making station! The person attending to the breakfast area kept everything clean, re-stocked and fresh. There is a restaurant/bar on site (opened until at least 9:00) and it's also awesome; make your own pizza, fresh salads and pasta. There's a relaxing outdoor patio off the bar area as well. The staff, Sydney and Anthony could not have been more helpful or friendly. I had a few specific requests and they not only followed through and got what I needed, they did it with a phenomenal attitude! Marriott is so lucky to have employees like these individuals! |Few tips: Ask for a room not on the road side if sensitive to noise. They have 2 EV chargers they let you use for free.

I stayed for 2 nights and the hotel was amazing. I loved the room we got. The person at the desk was so friendly. The pool was clean and nice to take a dip in. The breakfast they served was great. A nice variety of food. The beds were comfortable. I will definitely book another stay next time I am there!

New hotel, we stay here regularly. Staff is very helpful, breakfast is free and hot. Rooms are very clean, hotel maintenance is kept up very well, safe area to stay. A 2 mile trail behind the hotel with wild horses, get your walk on.||No UBER in the area, but they do have Safe Ride, priced very reasonable to get around.||If you have an EV there are free charging stations, charged our Tesla in a few hours.||The area has many restaurants, just a short drive or Safe Ride if you plan to indulge in the spirits!||There is a Casino a few miles up the rode in Pinetop. Lots of shopping, or a short drive to the lake||Make sure you visit Buffalo Bills restaurant and brewery ||Relax and enjoy the pine trees at 7000 feet

Loved this hotel. Staff was super friendly. Hotel was clean and whoever designed and appointed this hotel thought of everything. Ice and water dispenser right when you get off the elevator on your floor.
But I really wanted to rave about the rooms. They thought of everything! A shoe rack, so we didn’t have a pile of shoes on the floor or around the room. A multilingual level towel rack for towels, suits and anything wet to hang up. A cut out in the bed frame for suitcases and bags to store away under the beds and out of the way. Plugs and charging ports everywhere.
It was the little design touches that made this hotel well worth it and somewhere we can’t wait to return to.

New, beautiful and located in a wonderful location. If this is Marriott's new concept of a suite , its sad. FYI - this is a king room. The room is the size of a walk in closet, and the echo from the tv is horrible. Staff were great and the new pizza place is worth a visit. Would not stay again.

Beautiful and very clean. Staff is really accommodating and friendly. Hot tub could be hotter during cold months but was very nice for our sore bodies. Breakfast was better than the normal continental breakfast. Wish we knew guest had access to Ev chargers. Was in a pickle since the fast chargers at civic center didn’t have an adopter for Teslas. Now we know for our next ski season. The restaurant in the hotel has excellent salads and pizza. They do need to work on their pastas. The sauce was very blah. So happy Marriott is finally here in Showlow.
