Rooms could be a little cleaner/updated. We were told when booking that the indoor pool and amenities were 40$ a day for a family and it was 46$ plus a 3.5% service charge. If paying that then at least heat the outdoor pool for fall break even if it’s just a little warmer. Also we were on the beach all week with a line of chairs at the water line. Some were paid for with names on them,which I get….but to have a rude lady come say we can’t put our beach chairs in front of them when there was no one’s name on them or sitting in them is crazy. But they took up the whole beach line with no where for people like us (that are still paying to rent a condo) Otherwise we had a great time and loved it.

We had a great time as a family.. great location. Catching crabs at night the pools were great wish there was more restaurants around and more food access but other than that, it was a phenomenal trip.

SHAME ON YOU!! Friends of ours had their condo for 8 years straight (and mind you they're both somewhat handicapped), and you have the audacity to deny them their "home away for home" to the highest bidder for next year. They absolutely loved their place, but apparently loyalty means nothing to you. Like the Avalon (or any of the 4 condo buildings you have) are TOTALLY booked and you had to steal theirs away!? Instead of finding the "new comers" a different suitable condo!? This all speaks very poorly of your management practices. Will never recommend you to ANYONE!

Rented a couple condos for our multi-family vacation together. We had a blast, the kids ran around and we spent days on the beach and at the pool. You probably have a wide variety of levels of condo cleanliness and amenities and nice-ness, depending on the owner and management --- so do your research and you get what you pay for. I will say for those doing research, B802 smells like a cat litter box, it was so gross - a friend of ours rented it for her family and I dropped in to visit her and could smell it immediately upon entering that unit. ? Anyway, the pool area was clean and the beach was nice, the elevators were super fast and the wait never took long. We were ultimately quite happy with our stay and would absolutely return!!

Do not rent Unit # Dorval 0109. Directly across from garbage compactor and unit needs updating..feels grubby. Complained to office about constantly being woken up by maintenance men and compactor..nothing done.

Worst room we've ever stayed in! To pay almost $400 a night, we expected better. Where do I start? Roaches. Dead and alive! My husband moved a pillow off the couch to find one running out from it. Dead ones in the bedroom. Standing water left in the washer, outlets that would not hold the prongs, floors made our feet black on the bottom, splatter on furniture, the carpet in the bedroom was terribly stained and disgusting, as well as around the toilet. The worst was my son was so excited to sleep in the -closet bunkbed- so he climbs up there only to find a metal sprinkler head only 3' from the bed. Luckily his dad is tall enough and was able to throw his hand under it before our 7 year old sat up and busted his head on it! That would have been an E.R visit for sure! Wasn't able to use the microwave as it sat at such an angle the dish would slide to the back and liquids would spill. I am still waiting to here from some type of management to contact me.

We have been vacationing at The Beach Club with our family for 10 years now. One year we stayed at a different nearby location, also gated and private (extended family choice, not ours) and all agree The Beach Club is the BEST, no competition. In 2019 and 2020, our stay was over the 4th of July and it was so wonderful. Our kids may be ruined for home!

We had our son's wedding and reception at the beach club in june and absolutely loved the area. The people that helped facilitate the reception went above and beyond to assist us. Cari, her husband and the young men they had helping with the bon fire as well as the group of folks that help with the reception were outstanding. Can't say enough about how well we were all treated and how well the entire stay went. I will say I would not recommend the company we used for the wedding, paradise beach weddings.
