Terrible, don't stay here. It's definitely not worth the price! We checked in late, and they gave our room away. Instead of a room with 2 beds, they put us in a room with 1 bed. The mattress was thin and hard, and the pillows were small and flat. The room smelled ⁸bad, kind of like old cigarette smoke. The shower was gross. Stayed here because we had an early flight, and it was close to the airport. I will not stay here again!

Place is being remodeled and so there were only like ten other people in the whole place. The overnight staff (I believe her name is Mindie), is amazing. Very knowledgeable and courteous. I would come here again if I'm going to be in Mesa. Thanks for the great service!

Not told about the $100 deposit for incidentals until I checked in. Beds were not comfortable at all unless you like extra firm mattress. TV remote did not work. Bathtub was very deep and was hard to get in and out of! The front desk clerk did try very hard to fix it and then offered to put us in a different room with a working TV, but since we needed to go to bed early due to early flight, we declined. She did offer to make us up a snack bag of breakfast items because we had to check out prior to breakfast being served. However, when I went to check out at 4 a.m., there was no one at the desk. I wanted to review my bill to make sure no additional charges were added. I could see our snack bags behind the counter. I waited 20 minutes for a desk clerk, I rang the bell twice and I even called the hotel with no answer. I had to leave without reviewing my bill and without our snack bags. Very disappointed! Also shuttle didn't run early enought to take us to the airport so we had to call Uber. Toilet paper is hung very low and behind toilet, hard to reach and then the whole roll pulled off the stand and rolled under the counter!

I’ll start out with saying the service from the front desk was phenomenal. I didn’t catch the lady’s name but she was kind and attentive and knowledgeable.

The location of the hotel is nearby several restaurants and started making it super convenient for getting food and such.

My biggest gripe was the room, it had several issues. Firstly, the bathtub faucet couldn’t turn on very well and in doing so, the shower wouldn’t really work. We’d get a trickle out of it so showers were almost off the table. We made it work but it wasn’t fun. Second, the door lock to our room was jammed so the door wouldn’t properly lock. I would have got this fixed if the security swivel towards the top didn’t work, so I felt safe enough. Lastly the room was a bit dated, small TV and the bathroom came from the early 2000s. I normally wouldn’t care much but for about $250 a night I expected a little more. All in all, it wasn’t a bad hotel by far but could use some work. I’m sure any of the issues would have been worked by the staff if I told them but I’m an easy flow kind of guy so I just roll with it unless something really needs attention.

Pros:
-Friendly and attentive staff
-spacious rooms
-good location/central to many businesses
-air condition kept the room nice and cool
Cons:
-Cleanliness could be improved
-Room/TV/bathroom was dated
-Bathtub faucet/shower barely worked
-Door lock was jammed/unusable
-a bit pricey for the issues we had

The room was pretty clean and comfortable, and the hotel is very convenient to go shopping and restaurants and close to the mesa Airport. I would have given them a 5 star, but the shower was broken, and we couldn't take a shower. There was a very big tub to take a bath.

If you stay on the weekend, they have warm breakfast, with waffles, biscuits & gravy, eggs, sausage, instant oatmeal, 3 different cereals, bagle, toast, coffee, orange & apple juice. Also, staff was attentive to cleaning tables and counter where the food is.

Minor issues like the remote and TV not working, the room not being thoroughly cleaned (there was a wrapper on the window), and the tub water being BOILING hot. The rooms are spacious, the beds can be moved (this was perfect bc I had a baby with me), and the breakfast was great. Overall, great service, good location, safe and comfortable.

Rooms are filthy. Carpet is disgusting. Questionable stains on comforter. The pool was green and unusable. Noticed they decided to drain it. My child was attending a clinic nearby, so I asked for a late check out. Just until noon. I was told I was all set. At 11:15, someone knocks on my door asking if I was going to check out. When I told him I was given a late check out, he said it’s $25 dollars an hour. I was told after noon it would be $25. Manager I spoke to wasn’t very empathetic. He just told me the front desk person was new. Could have used that as a teachable moment in customer service. Instead he chose to make excuses. Definitely won’t be staying again. The morning breakfast is abysmal. Definitely won’t be back.

I have stayed here twice due to the proximity to the airport. This time was stressful to say the least. I called directly to the front desk to reserve a room so I could make sure they provided the service I needed. When I arrived I was told about the $100 charge. This had not been explained when I reserved the room. Then I told them I would need a ride to the airport at 4:30 am the next morning. I had specifically asked about this service when I reserved the room. I was told that they did not start their airport service until after 8:00 am. I told her I was told that service was 24 / 7. She got really testy about the request for a ride to the airport and said if it was going to be an issue they could call for a Lyft ride in the morning. I said it was an issue because I specifically stayed there because I could get a ride to the airport.
I was very leary about getting a ride in the morning so I reserved an Uber myself. I am glad I did because when I went to the desk in the morning there was no one there. As a matter of fact, no one was there for the 45 minutes I was there waiting for my ride. There was also a guest calling the desk the whole time I was there. The guest finally came to the desk to get some help with the guests in the room above them. When the staff finally showed up at the desk, he said he would call the room. He also asked me if he should call for a ride but it could take up to an hour for someone to get there. I told him not to bother.
The hotel is actually very nice but the hotel service leaves a lot to be desired. Also, the staff I dealt with was the manager and possibly one of the owners.
Be where of this place. I will not be staying here again
