My daughter and I stayed here for a month. We felt very safe. It’s quiet and very clean. One of the cleanest rooms that I’ve been in. I love the attached carport. It’s too hot to be walking in a big parking lot lol. I love the big refrigerator and back yard.

Nasty, nasty place. They must have painted over the mold because when it started seeping through, it was bad. Tiles in the shower were being pushed away from the walls because of the mold. Toilet not seated properly. Sink pulling away from the wall. TV never worked. Oh, the workers are on something. Weedeating the grass at 10pm or mowing. The "cleaning lady" that lives on site does most of the work but when you work at 4am, it's hard to get up when you've been kept awake with the noise. Had a co-worker stop by who lives just down the road. The owner started screaming at him to get off the property because it was after 10pm. Do not stay here!

This Place is horrible Place to ever stay in. I do not ever Suggest this place for NO ONE!!! Especially if you have kids of any age. There isn't anything here for your Kido's to do. The room that me and my wife and kids had wasn't clean at all the bathroom was the same way. I had to scrub down the bathtube with scrub bubble's and Hot bleach. Also the kichken sink and the bathroom sink both was clogged and of course i had to go to home-depot to buy a snake 🐍 to get both sinks unclogged. And the worst of them all we had Cockaroches in are room.

These are expensive AF weekly it's crazy I have a friend staying here and omg he pays like $450 or maybe more a week it's insane and the room ain't nothing special . It definitely needs a fresh coat of paint , caulking would look nice. Around all the baseboards , the toilet never flushes completely, there's holes everywhere , doesn't matter how often you clean up it still smells odd and still looks like wreck ...

Owner is nice...he tries his best to maintain the motel. Building is an older building...rent is high $400.00 a week or $1,600.00 per month. Area that the motel is in is not that great. It is generally peaceful here at night. Lots of feral cats roaming around...our dogs do not like cats, so it makes it a bit difficult to let them out at night when the cats come out.

While the place is nice, the wife of the lovable Ray (he's the owner) seems to have issues. We went over to fix a friend's television because nobody was answering the phone for her and she turned us back when the wife said, and I quote, "we don't allow past customers to visit current customers." Even after I told her that the lady's TV needs to be fixed, she refused to go over and help her even after I provided the room number instead saying that the tenant would have to come over and ask herself . it seems like quite an arbitrary rule to me, because I am a 300 pound fat computer geek, and I don't look the least bit intimidating whatsoever.
To be fair, there is a lot to love here too. Rooms are a bit crusty but the price is fantastic and it has everything I need. Delightful little motel. Comfy beds, tap tastes like it's purified but it's almost certainly not. Dish network with many channels. I'd say this is probably one of best budget motels in Mesa. They even allow pets.

We got a room for 3 nights paid by a church. Manager put me, my 5 yr old, & my senior mom in a room full of roaches and bugs. The floor was filthy & he has no maids so he does all the laundry & cleaning. He was very rude to me when I asked for clean towels the next day & gave me a floor towel for my son's bath towel b/c he didn't charge the church for my son to stay there. We left a day early and we checked into a very comfortable Ramada after my mom's social security came in the next day. We felt better outside than in that filthy room. Whoever gives this garbage motel a positive review must be smoking something. Do not stay here if you have common sense.

I love this place they make you feel at home and if you need towels, toilet paper even at night time they get it for you. This is a great place to stay. The owner is sweet and wonderful he cares about people who stay here. The people here are great !!!
