Whatever you do..... don't listen to the recent reviews! (below mine that are negative!) I have got to be one of the pickiest people when it comes to places to stay, absolutely drives my wife nuts!|We were "displaced by society's greed" I passed this place up originally, due to pricing and they were not open when I went on a Sunday (closed on Sundays).|The In-Town Suites was and is the most cost-effective place to stay ($435 per week), you can't even get this price at any of the other In-Town Suites, I looked!|When I went back to look at the Suites, I was met by Cal (who is also security) in the office. We spoke about the rooms and the pricing. There are 2 room types remodeled or standard (not remodeled lower price). Cal offered me a key to 2 rooms to look at before I decided to stay. While the standard room pricing was a lot better, BUT when I looked at the remodeled room, it was defiantly worth the little extra money.|Remodeled rooms or studio has queen bed, 2 nightstands with usb and regular plugs, small closet, dining table with 2 chairs, dresser, new refrigerator, 2 stove tops, microwave, "wood like flooring" and of course air conditioner (pool as well). So, I booked a week, the week of Thanksgiving and Cal says here are some towels, you get to keep and take care of during your visit. There is house cleaning once a week if you stay longer. I have found NO evidence of "bugs, cockroaches or mice", I checked.|When I went to go renew for another week, I met the general manager Crystal, what a great person! She knows everything that is going on her property, Cal and Moe help out with that as well. So, if you want to come over and stay, causing trouble, you will not last long here!|Hands down the best affordable place to stay in Arizona, that is clean, safe and cost effective. The In-Town Suites are near Arizona Wilderness Brewery (great food!), circle K and industrial surroundings which keeps the noise down.

While the location could be better and the rooms slightly larger, the service here is excellent. From Crystal at the front desk, to Ana who does housekeeping, to Cal who does everything else; top-notch people all around. They all definitely deserve kudos.

Our room is pleasant, clean and convenient. The staff are super friendly and the housekeeping folks do a great job without disturbing our arrangements - so much appreciated! Even our neighbors were super friendly.🥰

I checked in 12/20/2024. Upon my arrival the manger said “I was just about to call you; I said “why?!” In a perplexed and puzzled way. She said “to confirm you were still coming” mind you, check in is at 11am and it’s barely past noon. I requested the traditional room online and the manager had me view room 366 I believe - it was shabby! Looked like a sagging bed and sticky carpet - dark and uninviting. So I allowed the upgrade for $100 plus another $50 refundable deposit. so that I could gain a bath tub and so that I didn’t have to sleep on that gross bed for a week.
In under 2 hours of checking in; the manager came to welcome me and to ensure that her passkey worked.
Odd - seriously a waste of my time.
Why did she feel the need today, while I was at the lake, to come; verify I was not there and search my room? I gave no indications of someone you might consider is doing drugs. Why did she feel the need to shuffle through my trash?
Apparently while I was at the lake today she did enter my room and searched through my things, including my trash.
My boyfriend fishes at canals and had found a bucket of dope pipes - we did not know how to dispose of them late 12/20 and as I mentored we went to the lake all day; at 1:30am I arrived back to the suites and was unable to enter my room which $497 paid for. I was able to get into the laundry room. Interesting - so my boyfriend who was helping me carry my things inside spotted a number in that laundry room and I was able to reach the security guy. He stated I needed to wait for him at the office.
Upon his arrival I went to take out my identification and he said “I know who you are” he informed me that I was evicted that I had one hour to gather my things and leave or he would call the police. I have never even had a ticket! Seriously?! I must admit I didn’t know my rights.
He stated that he would call the police now - because I was not arguing but I told him I was going to contact corporate. If I had dope pipes in the room, then why did I invite him to come into the room to see for himself. He freaked out when he looked in the trash: “those are crack pipes in the trash now i will call the police because you invited me in and I saw those” - I freaked out because I had forgotten about the “find”. Ethan told him that he found them. One hour to get your stuff and that Ethan was not an approved guest. He was not behaving as one; he was helping me carry my things inside.
My boyfriend and I were going to turn over the pipes to the police on Sunday but being evicted with no call, email, or text to me whatsoever to discuss this is highly unacceptable. How can you think that that is a fair way to treat a paid guest?
I demand a refund immediately. I paid you immediately- I deserve the same respect. As of now, I’ve lost the $497 and I have no place to live and no money; it’s almost Christmas and I chose your establishment as a safe, clean place to spend my Christmas. I chose you - just because you didn’t choose me, doesn’t mean that I’m undesirable as a guest.
I’m sleeping in the front seat of my car now and through Christmas! I have work this week and I have to figure out where to bathe; I work hard but that’s nothing yo you.
How dare you say great things about your establishment. You are mean and cruel. You are hiring people that represent you in a negative light.
You are remodeling? Great! I have a feeling that room 366 is used to force people to upgrade. There’s no way you rent that gross room out to anyone; sounds like bait n switch to me.
I will advise you of the information from the police as I will be turning over those pipes; now why ever would I do that if I could be associated with them - what a freaking joke!
If it was MY drug paraphernalia why didn’t she call the police and file a report?
I turned the dope pipes (all broken) over to Gilbert Police Department case #2024-188841.
Appears this woman crystal never checked me out when she evicted me WTF
Ya know, the offender has left an idiot reply!

My room is a bit dated but everything works! Shower head is good, water hot, pressure perfect. Stove burners and microwave work as expected. Bed comfy and linens clean. AC/heater work great. Property is very quiet and safe. Ample parking, well lit parking lot at night The manager Crystal is very professional & helpful, cleaning staff is friendly. (Weekly cleaning). Location is just south of the 60 state highway in Gilbert/north Chandlar. Been here a full week & just re-upped for a second week.

We needed a place to stay while waiting for our RV to be serviced and ready to park. '
Crystal worked very hard to get a room for us. The unit is in some remodeling and she was actually full, but managed to find a room for us. We ended staying 3 weeks as the RV needed major work.
The staff here at the Gilbert location was great. Room was clean, everything worked as it should and since Crystal had to place us on the 3rd floor, it was very quiet. We both have medical issues but we managed to do okay.
Thank you Crystal and your entire staff for the care and service you provided. If and when we should need a room, we definitely will be back to see you. Again, thank you.

Crystal who is a general manager she was very polite very courteous very professional. She's very helpful with getting things done in a timely manner. I did needed some things to be printed off and she had no problem with printing some documents off for me. But for the most part the staff here is very friendly very warm and very inviting and welcoming. I would recommend this place anybody who's looking for a place to stay and they are very reasonable. And ask for the premium room.

I’m giving this Extended Stay hotel five stars but I will stay upfront it isn’t perfect.. however for the price and what they offer has really impressed me. I had just been released from a medical facility with a back injury and could barely walk and I needed a place to stay for a couple weeks to recuperate. I reserved a room on their online website and even while being in a great deal of pain the desk clerk made everything as comfortable as possible for me during the actual check-in process. They also gave me the choice between an ADA room and other types of upgraded rooms. Very happy with what I have gotten and for the price, location and quality of the room I am very happy with the service and treatment I’ve gotten so far.
Most of the rooms are studio suites with a kitchen and refrigerator. The bathroom is perfectly adequate and to my great relief has an actual bathtub. Towels are provided which become yours when you leave. As a reminder most Extended Stay hotels are not serviced or stocked the way a regular hotel is you don’t get the same amount of amenities and you have to clean up after yourself and take out your own trash but for the price it is no problem and I actually prefer not being bothered all the time by housekeeping. You get one roll of toilet paper and must supply your own thereafter. There is no silverware or plates or cookware whatever you want you’ll have to bring or order from Amazon. Or you can DoorDash and there is a microwave. There is a nice TV in the room and plenty of channels to choose from my room has a small table and two chairs for dinner and the table has leafs that extend out from each side to provide more table room.
Couple downsides: I tried to call the front desk during the day from the phone in the room, but there is no answer. When you first check in among the paperwork there will be phone numbers to call for assistance (just use your cell phone) as well as a TV guide and other information. Secondly, if you are on the first or second floor, you are going to hear people walking in the upstairs apartment. I am partially deaf and I also have noise canceling headphones so it doesn’t bother me. There can also be sounds of people pushing carts up and down the Walkway outside the room from time to time.
Overall, I can say that I recommend this Extended Stay hotel.
