Everything we needed, fully functional and set with amenities as advertised. Very grateful for Miss Joy at the front counter for being patient and kind during our check in process and making sure we had what we needed. Pool area and indoor lounge are comfy and fully stocked as well as the available food and snack options. Hot breakfast was everything we needed and the beds and bedding are still the Marriott brand comfort we’ve ever had.

This hotel is in a great area! You can walk across the street to tons of shopping/dining. The breakfast was good- hot food as well as cereal, bread, etc. they have lots of snacks stocked for purchase. I appreciate that the ice buckets are right by the ice machine- very convenient. The hotel has a modern feel to it. My only negative was that it looked pretty beat up. See my photos of cracks in the wall, scuffed doors, etc.

I have severe asthma and nasal allergies. I did not use the shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, or lotion in the rooms, but products full of fragrances are in the rooms. Even if you don't use them, you can't escape the irritants. Using the shower seems to stir up residual fragrances in the drain. If you are sensitive to fragrances and other toiletry chemicals, this hotel is not for you. Allergy and asthma nightmare!

That said, if you don't have these problems this is a nice hotel for a short stay. The staff was pleasant, they kept the coffee flowing. Rooms are a bit small but the bed was comfy. Location is great. If it not for my asthma and allergies I would definitely stay here again.

Rooms are decent! Would have given 5 stars if I didn’t have initial issues checking in with the key card. Also didn’t get the room I requested online through the app. Also few minor housekeeping walls & doors were a bit dirty but enough to just feel a bit un tidy in the rooms and give a less fresh feeling. Lobby breakfast is good as well just wish hours were a little longer. And whatever scent is used in lobby to be used in rooms. Lastly the squeeze soaps a bit difficult to use and less hygienic if they make auto dispense ones would be much better! Location of hotel is great as well. Would recommend if in a crunch for suggestions and would come back if no other options are present for short period only.

I'll start by saying that I hate city hotels. I didn't expect this place to be any different. We drove for 12 hours. We were tired and grumpy. What woke us both up was the lady on reception. Her name is possibly Rachel. She was just back from her honeymoon in Ireland and she had this wonderful glow. She was so welcoming, friendly, engaging. It was exactly what we needed after such a long day!

Rooms are nice. AC is well positioned. It doesn't blast cold air directly onto the bed. Bathroom is nice. It's a disabled one. The body wash and shampoo are down low for a disabled person. I would suggest putting more up higher to make it easier on non disabled. I'm delighted to say that the shampoo low on the wall is the only thing I can find to moan about.
10 out of 10 guys and 15 out of 10 for that lady on reception. She is what I will remember most about my stay in the hotel

This is the cleanest hotel I've stayed in since Covid. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Dottie at the front desk. Kid(baby)/family friendly as well as work friendly. My husband had to work from there, and I had a 5 month old to occupy all day. Gym and pool were mostly empty, easy walk or drive to the mall.

Great location to visit family. Rachel (hope I got the name right) at the front desk was outstanding. Very friendly, competent and helpful. Liked the modern look of the hotel lobby. All staff was friendly and seemed to like working here. That's a indication of good management.

Room was clean, quiet, beds were very comfortable. Nice large shower, water drips onto floor around door which could be a slip problem. Room could use some artwork on walls to not feel so bare.

The complimentary breakfast was one of the best we've had. Displayed nicely, several options and very clean. Only thing missing was bacon. Complimentary coffee was great tasting and always fresh.

There was a big water leak in the hallway leading to our room and hopefully it gets fixed asap.

We'd gladly stay here again when traveling through the area.
