Seriously one of the worst hotels I've stayed in. We're new to this brand but we will NOT be back.
Staying for a week but want fresh towels? $2!
A kitchen with no utensils or anything else a kitchen needs. Not even a mug or a coffeemaker. Want a spoon? Buy it at the front desk!
No breakfast...perhaps because the room has a kitchen...without bowls or spoons.

And, at $140/night, it's not a bargain.
Seriously, a Super 8 is better.
Service was non-existent as mentioned.
The place was clean.

Just avoid this place. It's a crap brand at a normal price.

1st walls are thin and you can hear your neighbors easily. 2nd no change at the counter for laundry and no change machine in the laundry area. Was told there's a bank across the parking lot and it was 3 pm on a Saturday. Um banks are closed. 3rd they charged me $29.99 deposit to hold the room before my stay and they couldn't provide me a receipt cause it was done on their reservation line. Jordan and Melissa Don't know their back side from there elbows. I refuse to stay at another Choice hotels chain ever again. AND SO SHOULD YOU

Thank you Jordan for your help checking us in. Arrived early for a volleyball tournament and she took care of us. Hotel is clean amd the room was great! We will be back!

I asked about late checkout multiple times before making the reservation, and also confirmed with the desk when I arrived. Next morning, they're knocking on my door telling me I need to leave and any checkout after 12 will be charged an extra day.

Other than that, the room was sufficiently clean and had what I needed. Shower pressure in my first floor room wasn't great, and I thought I was going to start a fire from all the static electricity when separating that fleece blanket from the bedsheet.

They just need to work on their customer service and communication.

I have stayed here the last few weeks for work and have been very happy with the front desk service and quality of the rooms. It is new construction hotel so it is very up to date. Good restaurants near by as well.
