Discovered this place a few weeks ago, and have gone 4 times since. The coffee is next level amazing, the flavor, texture, taste, it's all there in a way I didn't realize I was missing at other coffee shops. Their bollos are insanely delicious, and the calm, quiet, small town feel on the inside is the perfectly peaceful feeling you rarely feel at other coffee shops. The lady up front remembered our coffee preferences the last few times we were in, and that personal touch goes a long way in making a memorable experience. 10/10 would recommend.

Hidden gem! I don’t live in this part of town was but over for an event and had some time to kill. This shop is great! The bolo was amazing! Good homemade chai too.

The owners are amazing, the staff is hardworking and dedicated, and the food and beverages are absolutely delicious! I just had my first visit today, and I’m already hooked. I’ll definitely be a regular here. The farm-fresh ingredients made with so much care remind me of the hometown vibes I miss from Vermont. So grateful to have found this place!

Great place for coffee!! I loved the place, it's like taking breakfast at your home. I think they grew their own greens, that's nice! I ordered grilled cheese with ham and greens and it was delicious! 😋 with a matcha latte that was fabulous! You have to try!

A beautiful concept with a real hardworking team! We visited this place for some coffee and ended up eating sandwiches after hearing their farm to table story! Coldwater Coffeehouse has their own produce growing in the backyard and make some solid coffees too. Had we stayed back longer we’d have loved to come back for some desserts!

Anthony is the proud chef who is incredibly knowledgeable about cuisines, ingredients, and intends to expand the place so that it can match the niche needs of meeting halal/kosher and more. For now he has a limited menu but each one of the items we had were just wonderful!

We got some white mocha coffee and it was delicious. Definitely don’t miss out on this one. We also got their cold turkey cheese sandwich with fresh greens and wow! The bread was baked in house and the cheese and meat complimented each other so well we were forced to get another sandwich. The second sandwich we got was the ham sandwich, but substituted it with halal bacon. Trust me when I say this it was the best decision. The bread was slightly toasted, the meat was tender and crisp and the greens were just what you needed to make the sandwich spectacular!

If you are around Avondale definitely show the team some love and support! They are on to something incredible! Good luck! See you guys sometime soon! 🤞

I don't understand how this place has 4.8 when my first experience there was absolutely miserable. The person making the coffee was extremely rude. I walked in; he didn't even say hello. Simply said, "I'm in the middle of making drinks". I bought a loaf of bread, but when I got home, I found that it was moldy and old, but I just drove 25 minutes and didnt want to drive all the way back to deal with someone who clearly wouldn't give a damn.
