Victoria is an absolute star! Her service was not only amazing, but it was hands-down the fastest I've ever experienced in a restaurant. Everything arrived promptly, and she was incredibly attentive. Five stars without a doubt!

We wanted to love this place due to all the great reviews. We did have to wait about 30 minutes despite the many open tables. The waffles are nice and thick, although a bit on the sweet side. The syrup was very bland, but the sugar-free syrup had much more flavor. They do have quite a variety of toppings, but we wanted just plain pecan waffles, which we did not see on the menu.

Concept is fun with sweet and savory waffles done a variety of ways. Service was great. The mimosa flight was enjoyable. I think this place has great potential but it hasn’t quite hit it yet. If they kicked it up a notch and made their own toppings (chocolate, caramel, etc) I think this place could be great. If you are a waffle fan, it’s worth giving it a shot.

Wanted to be impressed, came here based on Google recommendation for the area and the pictures from reviews drew us in. New waitress was super sweet and took our order accurately but being that you can see the kitchen openly we saw that it was made wrong (wrong eggs) and not played separately as requested. Chipotle omelet was really good, mocha was delicious even though there is no longer a menu to order special coffees they can still make them. Everything else we ordered was just meh. I feel like this place could be better but they fell short. Wouldn't return when visiting again.

I ordered Pistachio White Mocha, half Chorizo Waffle, and half Berries & Cream Waffle—a refined balance of bold and sweet flavors. The service was exceptionally friendly, making the experience even more enjoyable. Perfectly crafted, incredibly satisfying, and an indulgent way to fuel my day. Avia was my server she the best.

Hello potential customer(s) of Waffeltto.

I came here for the first time, and here is my experience and thoughts.

The biggest issue is time. Took a while to get seated because no one came to the front for some time. Also, Took awhile to take a drink order and then a food order. One drink order was a fountain drink, and by the time it got to table, ice melted, and drink was watered down. The server was kind enough to bring a new drink, which was ideal.

The waffles, which comes with every meal, where think and add to a great presentation. The item i got, chorizo and eggs, wasn't a flavor to write home about so, I don't recommend for those of you that actually appreciate Chorizo.

Overall:
1. It took us 2 hours to sit, order, and eat.
2. The server was kind, but i had to ask for refills
3. When I received my coffee, which tasted great, the server put a spoon directly on table which, didn't have the cleanest feel.

TBH, based on the blend of food and service, I won't go back. But again. This is my experience and decision. Please take the time to have your own experience.

It's enjoyable. The three star rating should not be taken as bad. I just didn't find anything mind-blowing about the establishment or the meal, but it still provided an enjoyable, great looking meal. The service was very attentive. I found myself distracted by the waitresses. I don't want to sound creepy, but the waitresses they had on staff the morning of Aug 10th, one word, beautiful...sorry, had to be said😊. Overall, the food was okay. It wasn't seasoned very well (had to add salt, pepper and hot sauce), the waffle was not dry but seemed mushy and felt as if it was precooked and kept in a warmer, and the bacon was cooked just fine. To be honest, they made a breakfast sandwich that may, on the high end, cost $10, but since they changed the usual bun/toast with a waffle and added spinach, it doubled in price. My order was the sandwich and a coffee, and I spent $20 with a $4 tip. I get it... times are different, and things cost more, but still, $20 for a cup of coffee and a bacon egg and cheese sandwich. Making a Belgium Waffle does not cost that much to justify such a markup. I guess that's what restaurant franchises do; they justify marking up everyday items by adding things like spinach to a breakfast sandwich, changing the bun to a waffle, and call it gourmet. I like the idea of the sandwich, but I would not pay for it again if $20 continues to be the price tag. Kudos to the staff! Regardless of the price, your team provided excellent service.

This place is pretty bomb.com. I love the fact that you can get the half and half, which means you get to pick a waffle from both the savory and sweet menu. The service was good, our sever knew how to crack jokes. The womens bathroom was closed due to plumbing issues, but I'd eat here again. Mahalo!
