My son and I went in for dinner tonight and had a most pleasant experience! Eleanore C was our server and she was so kind, attentive, and genuine. She greeted us quickly and checked in with us regularly. She had such a sweet demeanor and made sure we were taken care of through our stay. Dinner was fantastic. The chicken pot pie is soooo good! My son had the Shrimp Alfredo and said it was amazing. We also shared the spinach dip and he raved about it. Overall we truly enjoyed our little dinner date. Even the bill was a surprise! With all that we ordered, I was pleasantly surprised at how reasonable the total was. Thanks Cheddar's

We had a reservation for six of us. We were able to get in quicker because of this, which was great. The only reason I am giving 4 stars for service is that the front desk seemed irritated. Neither of the two working the podium would smile at all. All six of us enjoyed the food. The appetizers were great, especially the honey butter croissants. The salmon was excellent! Great place to hang out with friends.

I recently dined at Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen for the first time, and I absolutely loved it! I ordered the chicken and smashed potatoes, and they were simply amazing—full of flavor and cooked to perfection.

To top it all off, I couldn't resist getting my favorite, the strawberry daiquiri, which was refreshing and delicious. The overall experience was fantastic, and I can't wait to go back and try more of their menu. Highly recommend this place for a great meal!

Took the hubby here for his birthday lunch. He was in the mood for a Monte Cristo and not many places make these sandwiches. If you aren’t familiar with them, they are a ham and cheese sandwich dipped in egg batter, deep fried, and served with powdered sugar and raspberry jam. These were OH SO GOOD!!!! 🤤 Tracy started us with the scones and butter frosting. I had a steak and we got a side salad. The service was amazing!!!!….and the manager was very attentive. We will be back here when in town. Thank you to Cheddar’s for making such a wonderful birthday lunch!

The food and the atmosphere are both cozy and comforting. Staff is kind and fun. Cheddars is a favorite family-out-together place. I especially love that it's next to the movie theater. Many special dinner and a movie nights.

👍🏽 Great time at this restaurant! We sat at the bar and Jasmine our bartender and server, was incredible! Food was good, TV’s played sports and NFL games, and again- the service was awesome! Plenty of seating and very accessible! 😍

Went with one of the combo meals, the steak and shrimp. Everything turned out well except the steak. I asked for medium rare, and they gave me rare. I asked for them to cook it longer. They had no problem doing that. They came back with it, and it was still rare. I told them that it is still not a medium rare steak. They took it back, saying they would start with a whole new steak, and this time, the manager would be bringing it to me. They brought the same steak that had not been cooked to my liking. Some parts of the steak were overcooked to medium or well done, and some parts were still rare. I was only able to get one bite of it being medium rare. I asked the manager if they had been microwaving it. She denies it and that they went through 3 different cooks in an attempt to fix the order. I believe they microwaved it because there were some cold pieces (still rare) and some semi hot pieces (overcooked). The manager tried asking me how I wanted my steak cooked, "more pink, little pink." A warm, pink center! That's what a perfect medium rare steak is! I almost pulled out my phone to google for them a perfect medium rare steak.
The manager did give us a free carrot cake, but I wasn't satisfied with having to pay a little over $20 for a steak and shrimp combo meal.

Other than the issue of not knowing how to properly cook a steak, the rest of the food was delicious, and the server did great for us. The cooking was my only issue.

They kept trying to give me a rare steak, not a medium rare steak.

We go to Ceddars as offen as we can. Great tasting food and always great service. The chicken tenders have got smaller over the years but ar still very good.
