The food was amazing, we had the chicharron appetizer, so delicious. We also tried the premium tacos.. you must try.. Diana was our hostess she gave great recommendations. We will be back….

My new favorite restaurant, took my parents with me and they enjoyed it as well. The aguas frescas are premium, I ordered the Ramen birria and it's by far the best I've had; flavorful and not too greasy like many others. My parents ordered the beef and chicken tacos and enjoyed them. I'll be back again.

I’m writing this review to help locals. The restaurant is located in the hotel. It was cool temperature making it an ideal spot for the summer. I enjoyed the selection of music they played. The atmosphere, music and temperature made it easy to enjoy. We were there on two separate occasions for this review. Service quality and food quality were equally exceptional. We ordered the ribeye chicharrones; the guac was just perfect. The entire appetizer was just yummy and fun.
My husband ordered the plato de birria on one occasion and three different types of tacos the next visit. The three tacos were chicken, birria, el pastor; all were fresh and well made.
I ordered the ribeye steak tacos on the first visit and the chicken protein bowl on the second. Both were delicious. The quality is just so enticing. Our Children ordered the mini-dilla all cheese quesadillas; their feedback was one child didn’t care for the cheese on the outside so we will opt out of this for the next visit. The other child loved it as is. Very cheesy and kids love that! Nice to see Tacos Barbon in a different setting. We used to order from the food truck too!
I wanted to mention that I appreciate the cleanliness. Where ever we go we have crayons & coloring books for the kiddos; one child dropped a crayon we noticed how clean the floor was!

We ordered the chicken tacos, meat quesadilla, guacamole and couple of drinks. The barbón margarita, horchata, and mojito. The margarita was very good as well as the mojito. The horchata was very refreshing. The guacamole was fine. The chicken tacos were very flavorful and the meat quesadilla was full of well seasoned meat.
The service was good. I recognized that this is a restaurant inside a hotel for people on the go, but a little more effort will provide eaters with a warm and inviting place to enjoy the good food.

Mid quality food......ordered the ribeye chicharrones, rib eye tacos plate and wife ordered the pastor plate......the beer was cold , my wife's Paloma was average lol....ordered my tacos medium and they came out well done....grey. The pastor tacos were decent enough......won't be back. For $75 dollars there's better out there

This taco spot is located inside the Holiday inn. It very nice inside with the cumbias playing in the background. The drinks were good. I had a frozen lime margarita. I ordered the Barboncito taco the salsa 🔥.Come get you one. The taco size is a normal one. Not street size

Saw this place on social media and decided I needed to give it a try. The seating area is very elegant and extremely clean. The decor is beautiful and it makes you feel like you are at a 5 star restaurant. The service was amazing and our server was very helpful and kind. Now the food part… it’s not great and it’s expensive. The birria is very dry and lacks taste. The carne asada fries lack the main ingredient, carne asada. Decided to try a ribeye taco and unfortunately it was cold, as if it was sitting in the refrigerator. The aguas frescas are not really frescas because they are extremely sweet. This restaurant has great potential.
