Good Location. Problem is they have untrained staff that don't greet you and make things pleasant. A guy named Carlos didn't say anything as customers people came in to check in. The systems were down and he just looked at them. The manager on duty was on the phone trying to fix the problem and was nice, but that guy just sat in his phone. I asked him when breakfast was and he said it was 6 to 9. The next morning, he came and put paper plates, food and oyher things aways at 8:28. I decided to take a pic. I saw frustrated guests looking for plates and etc after he walked away. Thanks for allowing someone like this to ruin the stay. 👍

The front desk clerk gave us a room that was supposed to be clean. However, it was anything but clean. As we started unpacking our things I thought I smelled a strong odor of urine and throw up. I also observed stains near the bottom of curtains that resembled throw up as well. The smell was so unbearable that we had to be moved to a different room. This new room, although it didn’t smell was not as clean either. The floor was so flighty we had to wear socks. There were water stains all on the ceiling as well. It’s like they don’t even care. It’s safe to say we won’t be staying another night in this place. Additionally, there are transients men hanging out near the west side of the hotel adjacent to the freeway.

The room looked nice and clean. But ended up being infested with bugs baby roaches and bed bugs. The front office was nice and understandable as to why I refused to stay. I am still hoping for a refund.

I can't say enough about this place and the staff, Zoe, helped with my rate for a two night stay, rooms were super clean and cozy, you guys do need to re do work out room, much equipment is missing or broken, I will definitely use this hotel again

We’re local; the ac went out at the house and with 110° temps, we booked ourselves a room 😊 the hotel is really nice! Yes, it’s older and could maybe use a lil refresh (couldn’t we all) however the room and bathroom were large and clean. The room has a microwave and nice sized frig. The pool is on the smaller side but certainly big enough. Yes, it’s right next to the freeway. The only time I heard it was while I was at the pool. I was really excited to see there’s an ihop right next door UNTIL I saw the hotel breakfast. Wow! Eggs, bacon, sausage (patties and links) waffles plus all the muffins, cereals yogurt fruit etc. something for everyone. The only thing I might like to see is a larger tv in the room. Once repaired, I’m hoping my ac doesn’t go out for a long time but if I ever need a room, I’ll be back here.
