The rooms were really big and super clean!!! The maids came by and checked on us daily and gave us new towels and asked to change our sheets if we wanted. Really good motel.

I didn’t stay their but knew someone that has stayed their and I asked myself why did he stay their when theirs so many other places to stay.

A family owned small motel in a somewhat industrial area but off a main road. The rooms have been recently redone and were very clean and comfortable. There is a microwave in each room along with a fridge. Be aware no in room coffee and no lobby with breakfast or coffee. No ice so bring your own in a cooler. I would stay again.

This place is very discriminative towards me because the owners wife tried to raise the rate on me cuz I coughed a little bit and said I was sick. I asked what she said and she wouldn't answer me. My husband wanted to extend one more day but the price is to expensive for one outlet in the room. Also when my husband and I do go there they only put us in one of the 3rooms I've been in before which is either recently room 114,103,or 106 everytime. I asked to be put in a non smoking room cuz of my allergies and it would be $10 more. Smh.. I have done nothing to these people. If I see something wrong I let them know. They are the cheapest motel right now with the Superbowl in town but being treated like that is not right. I won't be going back and I won't refer nobody. The guy owner is usually nice to me but if I bring it to his attention about what his wife said to me I'm pretty sure he would take her side soi would be wasting my breath.

I almost don't want to post a review because I don't want this place to be overrun by those that won't appreciate it but, this motel is a diamond in the rough! The lovely family that owns the place has obviously put so much thought and care into the property and deserve the highest and best review their visitors can make.
Property is nestled in off of a major thoroughfare but, you wouldn't know that once you're settled into your room. I hardly heard any cars passing by and certainly didn't interfere with my rest.
The room I had (114) was small but cozy. The bed was firm and comfy. The linens and towels are of good to great quality and were of exceptional cleanliness. Cable in the room with many channels and the TV is a newer flat screen. One of the best features is the mini fridge which was an actual mini fridge and freezer with their own compartments like a regular size one.
The bathroom was beautiful. I can't get over the beautiful tile throughout. I should have taken a picture but, sadly i didnt. There was also a beautiful etched vanity mirror hung up, as well. The room was extremely clean. Zero signs of any sort of bugs or anything negative.
It appears this property has gone through a significant update in the recent past (although I didn't confirm this). It truly is very, very nice. I would give 10 stars if possible and I couldn't say that for even the expensive resorts I've stayed at!
I see many negative comments regarding the customer service and those comments couldn't be further from the truth. The gal that checked me in was professional and courteous. Remember, She is there to do a job (which i imagine is thankless and I'm certain this family has seen their fair share of ungrateful visitors). She is not there to be your friend! After check-in however, I was greeted with friendliness and concern over my comfort and they made sure I had everything I needed which is more than I can say for most anywhere else.
As I was leaving I noticed the door open to another room where there was a little stove which I thought was great for guests which needed a place to stay a bit longer.
Lastly, the property is extremely quiet without any loud riffraff walking around, which I also appreciated.
All in all this was an exceptional experience at this property and I'm hopeful to return very soon. THANK YOU FOR A WONDERFUL AND PEACEFUL STAY!

Great little hotel tucked away ,staff and management friendly and accommodating,price is great my room is a little studio bed table tv ,fridge microwave ,with nice bathroom, fits my needs perfectly good location of the 60 Grand Ave, love the slow rolling train when sitting outside ,sun setting over the tracks ,I personally really dig this place

The rooms are now 1/2 the size they used to be and cost twice as much a night. The staff were far from inviting and rude. No matter what time you arrive and check in check out is at 10 am no exceptions. Beds were hard and pillows were flat. But man... The staffs lack of customer service skills is enough for me to never recommend or ever stay there again.

We were apprehensive at first when we arrived. After speaking with Serrina she let us look at the room 1st to decide. It is visible that they have made major improvements. Not smelly, not dingy, no signs of bugs. There were signs of recent renovations like fresh paint, new tile, new showers & bed mini fridge & microwave in our room. Total opposite of the outside! Serrina was a big help. Beware no phone in the room, no coffee maker, no hair dryer, no iron & so forth but we didn't ask the front desk either so Maybe they do have these things upon request. Overall it was not a bad place to stay. Thank you Serrina much appreciated you are an asset to the place.!
