Had a fantastic stay! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure everything was perfect. The location was great, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Highly recommend—definitely a five-star experience!

I got married at a venue near this hotel in November, I let the hotel staff know that I was getting married and requested something very special for my wife to come back to when we returned to the room that night after our wedding. The staff did an amazing job with decorating the room. The GM of this property herself called me down to the front desk to go over options for what they could do.. they did a beautiful job and my wife loved it! I would definitely stay here again!

Disappointed & Unappreciated – Poor Service at Marriott Springhill Suites Phoenix West Avondale
I recently stayed at the Marriott Springhill Suites in Phoenix, Arizona West Avondale, and had a terrible experience with housekeeping and customer service. Despite specifically requesting that my room be cleaned, I returned from work to find that nothing had been done. I didn't even have soap.
When I brought this to the attention of the front desk, the two young front desk employees offered no assistance. Later that evening after I changed clothes and ate dinner, Mele provided a completely false excuse as to why they didn’t clean my room, claiming, "They probably didn't clean it because you left something on your bed." This was absolutely untrue—my bed was completely empty when I left in the morning. I only placed my belongings there after I came back to find my room untouched. Instead of taking responsibility, Mele offered no apology or solution—just a dismissive, “I would move you, but we’re fully booked.”
As a Gold Bonvoy member and a person paying over 300 a night for this room, I expect better service, basic accountability, and at the very least, an acknowledgment of the mistake. Instead, I felt completely unappreciated. This experience was frustrating and unacceptable for a Marriott property.
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone who values good customer service. Do better, Marriott.

The staff is friendly, helpful, and good at their jobs. The property is clean and new. And our room was immaculate every day. That being said, the hotel has a couple of design flaws: ||1. The bathroom has a door made of clouded glass which my travel partner was afraid would impinge upon her privacy. While the bathroom is very spacious, its door is only a few feet from the foot of the pair of queen beds. Thanks to the glass door, whenever someone uses the bathroom at night it illuminates the sleeping area and consequently everyone is awakened. ||2. Speaking of illumination, the light source for the area containing the microwave and refrigerator is a single spotlight from the ceiling. It does not do a very good job of lighting up the control panel of the microwave to allow the user to know what buttons are which. Photo attached.||I hope this design is not what I can expect to encounter at all new SpringHill Suites properties.

I stayed at this location almost two weeks ago Oct 22 - Oct 24 and the breakfast food was subpar and with no variety. The cooks served the same breakfast options everyday of my stay and the "cooked" food looked and tasted like it was heated in quick oven and/or microwave. Do better and serve people their money's worth. Also, the service from the reception desk was dry, unfriendly, and unaccommodating--please do better!

I had a absolutely amazing experience at this beautiful brand new location before I even arrived I called the location and was greated so warmly by the front desk clerk Alexa who helped me with others thing I needed to know about the area. The room was very clean and everything i requested was there. I then met Senaida & Carmen and they were both so kind and helpful. I will always come to this location when I travel to Arizona. It was in a great location to everywhere I needed to go,and I could have asked for better customer service. Definitely a 10/10 recommend Marriott!!!

Staff needs some training.
Housekeeping is an expectation.
3 nights and no maids is disappointing even after numerous requests.

I'll never stay at any of the locations due to the experience I had at this location. I got off late, checked in late probably around 1030pm. The lady forgot to put down I had service dogs. Well they tried kicking me out. I had my son an Girlfriend in the room at the time bc I was at work. The lady was rude asf to my son, he's 14. Told him he needed to leave the property. Then after all that, they told me my dogs are not service dogs. Not only is that illegal, but it's just rude. They changed the weight from 75lbs, to 50lbs just so we had to leave. And they charged me an extra 300$ for the dogs, with out ever notifying me they were going to do so and After the lady who forgot to mention I had dogs told me they were free. I stay in alot of nice places when I travel for work. An my dog comes with me everywhere. I've never had a bad experience ever. Untill I stayed here. Very rude, unethical, an just nasty people. Bad vibes. Never again
