I had a very good experience staying at this hotel. I got to meet Janet & Ava when I arrived and they were very professional and friendly. The room was great. Everything was clean and the full size refrigerator was awesome. I did the famous
"Lint Roller Challenge" on the bed and IT PASSED WITH FLYING COLORS!

This place will be more 2nd Arizona home. Thanks Janet & Ava for a great experience. ❤️

Oh man, does this hotel need some serious changes at front desk and management before they go completely out of business.
Hotel is fairly clean and location pretty cool with good food options within walking distance across the street.
However, the front desk personel and management is a nightmare- we had large room block staying for the week and it would be a stretch of imagination if 1 person at front desk smiled, greeted anyone nicely, seemed helpful and that's "if" anyone was at the front desk, rather than poking head around the corner while eating or caking on makeup.
I'd personally had an interaction with a couple people at front desk that escalated to the manager, who was right along with the rest of the crew there- rude and unprofessional. Everyone working at this hotel needs to be fired, replaced or take a serious hospitality class before interacting with humans again- until then, they're all a waste to society and I feel bad for other customers booking here. Corporate needs to have a serious intervention with its employees- until then, they're wasting their payroll on people that should not be a face of their brand. Beyond terrible experience and our group is low key.

I will never stay at a Everhome Suits let alone a Choice hotel ever again.Me and my husband arrived at 12 am. We got to our room to drop off our stuff to go straight to the casino for my husbands birthday. We tried to set up the television before we left and it would not work. The QR code would not work so we could stream movies. We went to see if there was anything they could do to fix the issue and the lady at the desk told us there is nothing she could do and that we have regular TV and that it was a new hotel and that was why it didn't work. I know as well as anyone that it does not matter how old the building is. It is the connection and they are doing nothing about it. We said ok no worries it's not that bad we will go out and figure something out when we get back.
We get back at 5 am and much to our dismay there was food crumbs of some sort on the sofa, white stuff smeared on the wall, nasty pieces of something in the tub, no ice machines, etc.I have pictures as well!!My husband tried to find the front desk lady and she never came up. It was now around 6 am. We figured we would take care of it when the manager got there in a few hours. We went to bed for a couple of hours and got a call that there was a family emergency and we could not stay the second night. My husband went to check out and let them know what happened. A lady came up and made excuses and told us because we paid for the room through a third party they cannot give us a refund for the second night. I have never in my life heard of something like that. They stole from us! They got paid by that company for that room. I didn't ask for the fees that the company charged just the night I didn't stay. We even called the third party and they said that the hotel had to refund us because they have been paid for that night. We were not even going to ask for the first night. Considering we checked out of the pigsty of a room at 8:30 am. We were literally in that room for 3 hours total. I will now be disputing the charge with my bank.It has now been one whole week. I gave them ample time to give me my money back. I will not be letting this go and I would have if they would have done their part. I didn't even stay the second night and they stole from us. Do not ever stay here. The staff will contradict everything you say and try and make excuses. Oh, and steal your money!!

HOT MESS HOTEL!

Check in was easy and they were very accommodating. After that things kind of fell apart. No ice machines in the building other than in the rooms so you have to wait for your refrigerator to generate enough ice or you walk to the gas station.

We asked is the pool warm? We were told it's heated. It's not it's like an ice cube. But it is a nice pool area.

They have really cool fire pits but they don't work.

They have really nice TVs but they don't work. Called the front desk they indicated that the Cable Guy hadn't arrived. So no tv.

The floors from the elevator all the way to the room were disgusting.

The young lady at the front desk defered to the manager which was fine. Apparently he was unwilling to deal with the situation and told her to have us call choice.

This would be a great place to stay if you had a long stay. It has a small kitchenette. I would advise a south facing room the north face has can be a little load at night due to traffic and the QT.

How is this room is such bad shape already? Did you all stock the place with used mattresses? It would take years to get it this mutilated. I’m ashamed there are clientele treating this place like such a dump, and I’m definitely ashamed of management for offering travelers such a beat up room.

One of the best hotels in have stayed but i gave it 4 stars because they don’t have or serve breakfast and was giving down the street breakfast options that cost money lol

Good size rooms and very modern as it’s new. Location is a little further away from the entertainment district. Rooms can be a bit noisy.
