We were craving Vietnamese food. We decided to try this place since we were in the area. We were greeted immediately, and our drinks brought out very quickly. We started off with the Pork and Vegetable Crispy Eggrolls. They were excellent. My daughter had the Grilled Pork Spring Rolls, and they did honor her request to add shrimp (for a little extra), and I enjoyed the Grilled Pork Vermicelli Bowl. We enjoyed our lunch. They were busy for lunch. Our server was very pleasant. We will visit again if we are in the area.

Ordered takeout. The staff who answered the phone provided excellent service. The food was average. The lettuce in the Vietnamese spring rolls was too old and tough. The shrimp were very small and thin, different from what is typically used in Vietnamese restaurants, and the texture wasn’t very good.

Very clean restaurant, food tasted very authentic. My husband and I were jamming to the music the whole time we were here 😅😅 There was 1 server running the entire restaurant, at least front end, and he still made sure to check on us and make sure everything was good. 10/10 recommend!!

Literally the worst experience I have ever had. My family and I went to eat around 7:25 --- the curly haired guy at the front said that they close at 8pm and he will start mopping in 15 minutes either way. Clearly he did not want us there. We ordered our food and drinks. Drinks did not come out until after the food, literally was choking on my spring roll. Another couple came in about 7:45 and he told them no matter what at 8pm he is living. They said they will take their food to go. If I was the business owner I would fire this young man. He will quickly ruin a business. We will not be going back and just our bill was $80 and I left 0 tip. He was not friendly, inviting or engaging. He was very rude and clearly did not want us to stay. We will not ever go back.

I’ve been coming here for 2 years bc It’s convenient for me. The flavor is fine but I have to say the chicken lately has been DRY. Not slightly dry but super overcook dry. Anymore cooked and it would be rock hard. And I typically like my food somewhat over cooked.

Recently they changed how they package their pho. I like the new packaging but not that they now mix the hoisin and chili sauce and they have barely given me any cilantro lime or green onions. They used to give more. I DO NOT LIKE SPICY FOOD.

Their fried rice sucks by the way. Complete waste of money.

If they would stop over drying out their chicken, and stop skimping on the toppings/garnishes I’d give it 4.5 stars .

When they changed owners, updated…whatever they did they should’ve dropped the name Express to stagnant, delayed, hella slow. This place is anything but fast. We came in around noon for a “quick” lunch. While we were seated pretty quick the only server/cashier they seemed to have forgot about us for so long we nearly gave up, When we finally made eye contact and ordered we did have our food fairly soon. However once it came we were not given any utensils. Yes, there are chopsticks at the table, but no spoons for the broth, forks for those who hate chopsticks (my lunch date). After patiently waiting for her to bring them because we asked at food drop off I got up about five minutes later, went to the counter and asked. Pho was ok, but so much better in the past. Once done we went to the counter to pay. This was not the worst pho, but not one I’ll be jumping to come back to.

I was in a few minutes ago. I was picking up a mobile order for a Pho (5e) and a Tea. When I walked in, a young lady came from the back. She did not address me. I said to her, “I’m here to pick up a mobile order for Lee.” She proceeds to grabs it from the counter and push it my way. She didn’t say a word to me. I noticed that my tea was missing. I said, “I’m sorry, there should be a tea with my order.” She grabbed the food she had pushed toward me to check the ticket. Then, she walked over to a tablet to check the order there. She notices she did in fact miss my tea. Still she does not address me or even look at me. I can tell she is annoyed by something. She turns to make my tea. Once she finishes, she sets in on the counter next to the food I ordered and turns are walks away. Still, not speaking to me or looking at me. I kindly said to her, “Thank you very much, mam.” By this time she is halfway in the kitchen having never said a single word to me.

I am writing this so that hopefully a manager or owner might be able to address with employees. This is terrible service. This frustrated me to the point that I am not sure that I will be back.

A must go Vietnamese fusion restaurant within 30miles radius.
The manager is super friendly and the service is great.
We had spring rolls (no picture), egg rolls, PT pad Thai, PT pho, and chicken curry.
Spring roll is good and plain, you can taste the freshness of the veggies and shrimps.
Egg rolls are just right temperature and saltiness, highly recommended.
The soup in the Pho is normally what used to test how good the chef is in this restaurant. I am satisfied after the first taste of the soup, good balance of the herbs and beef stock. Highly recommended.
Curry is a bit too sweet, but good favoring.
